This application is for Coronation and Show n Shine vendors only. 

This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. All questions on this application must be answered completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. Be sure the information you give is accurate, as it will be the sole representation of your business.

FEES:

There is no fee to be a vendor at this event. 

READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:

You must read the "2026 Vendor Policies & Information" found here or on our website and acknowledge you have read it at the end of your application. Please be mindful of all vendor requirements before applying.

Indemnification:

Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Woodburn, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all liability, claims, costs, and expenses for any and all injuries, deaths, losses or damages arising from or in connection to vendor’s participation in this event.

Selection & Acceptance:

The City and the Vendor Committee will review applications as received and will approve vendors based on the following: The degree to which the applicant will contribute to the diversity of event offerings, quality of products offered and the product pricing, the quality of booth setup (pictures help demonstrate) and previous vendor experience. Selection of vendors is at the sole discretion of the City and the Fiesta Vendor Committee.

Vendors may request booth size and type, however spaces are assigned by staff based on availability.The City reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items listed on the vendor application.

I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. I understand that booth space is assigned according to the selection process. The City cannot guarantee booth assignments. I understand and agree to abide by all the vendor policies. If these policies are not followed, my booth will be closed immediately. 

Indemnización:

El expositor/vendedor se compromete a eximir de responsabilidad, indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne al ayuntamieto de Woodburn, así como a sus funcionarios, agentes, empleados y voluntarios, frente a toda responsabilidad, reclamación, costo y gasto derivados de cualquier lesión, fallecimiento, pérdida o daño que surja de la participación del expositor/vendedor en este evento o esté relacionado con ella.

Selección y aceptación:

El Ayuntamiento y el Comité de Vendedores examinarán las solicitudes a medida que se reciban y aprobarán a los vendedores basándose en los siguientes criterios: el grado en que el solicitante contribuirá a la diversidad de la oferta del evento, la calidad de los productos ofrecidos y su precio, la calidad de la disposición del puesto (las fotografías ayudan a demostrarlo) y la experiencia previa como vendedor. La selección de los vendedores queda a la entera discreción del Ayuntamiento y del Comité de Vendedores.

Los vendedores pueden solicitar el tamaño y el tipo de puesto, sin embargo, los espacios son asignados por el personal en función de la disponibilidad. El Ayuntamiento se reserva el derecho de prohibir la venta de cualquier artículo incluido en la solicitud del vendedor.

Entiendo que el espacio del puesto se asigna de acuerdo con el proceso de selección. El Ayuntamiento no puede garantizar la asignación de puestos. Entiendo y acepto cumplir todas las políticas para vendedores. Si no se siguen estas políticas, mi puesto se cerrará inmediatamente.
