Food Vendor Application
About the application
Boofest is looking for food vendors who want to share their spookiest creations with us! Food vendors can serve snacks, full meals, desserts, or any combination. Boofest is one of the many events that happen every year in Lawrenceville. We enjoy bringing this fan-favorite event back every year and are always continuing to look for new and exciting ways to keep the spirit of Halloween alive! This event is from 6 PM—10 PM; however, vendors will be loading between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 6:00 PM. LAST CALL IS 9:30 PM!
Late vendors will forfeit their spot. Application approvals for this event will take place throughout September and October. If your application is approved, you will be charged during those dates. Additional load-in information will be sent via email on the Monday before the event. Boofest features live music and entertainment throughout the event, so please be aware of that when preparing for it. If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and wait for our Event Coordinators ' approval. Please note that there will be no access to electricity.

Event Safety Guidelines – Stormwater and Grounds Protection
- Vendors are required to secure all grease, waste, and any other materials that could potentially damage event grounds or enter stormwater drains.
- In the event of an illicit discharge caused by negligence (e.g., spilled grease or contaminants), the vendor will be responsible for a cleanup fee of up to $1,000. This fee covers materials and labor provided by the Lawrenceville Spill Response Team.
- Vendors responsible for such discharges may not be invited back to future City of Lawrenceville events.
The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event. Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
