About the application

The City of Lawrenceville is Currently seeking food vendors to celebrate Hispanic and Latin Comida at the Lawrenceville Lawn on Saturday, October 19  from 3 PM - 8 PM. Load in will likely begin between 11 AM - 1 PM.

 

To ensure a variety of regional selections, we ask that you sign up for a particular "featured food item". Preference will be given to vendors who offer variety.

 

We have updated our terms and conditions, please review these before applying to this event.This FREE, family-friendly event will be held throughout Downtown Lawrenceville! For the integrity of this event we are limiting booth space to Artisans, Food Vendors, Cultural Demonstrations, and Organizations providing specialty products, resources, or services to the Latin and Hispanic community.

CULTURA a full sensory experience celebrating Culture through live music, street performances, food, art, and so much more! There is something fun for everyone to explore at CULTURA! This inclusive event is designed to celebrate a wide range of Hispanic, Latin, and Indigenous, cultural expressions. To some, it is a destination to experience flavor ... to others, it just feels like home. What to expect at this FREE culture festival? Join us at the Lawrenceville Lawn from 3PM - 8PM for a fresh live music lineup featuring original live music, a maker’s market featuring local Latin artists and curators, and a Zona de Comidas featuring a variety of savory and sweet regional Hispanic and Latin treats.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
