Welcome to 2026 Reggae Splash -Yadkinville! Browse through and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Below is the set up information:

Festival will take place September 12, 2026!

• Set up day will be Saturday, September 12, 2026 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday morning. On Saturday you can drive your car up the entry road next to your booth location and unload. 

• After 12:00 pm on Saturday you will have to park in the vendor parking lot and walk your booth contents to your booth. 

• Cars will not been allowed to drive up to vendor lot after Saturday afternoon at 12:00 pm. We ask that your vending space is fully set up and ready to go by 1:30 pm on Saturday 9/12 event day.

Vendor Information & Application Procedures :

•  All applications received by the deadline, September 4, 2026 are reviewed by our team to accept or decline.
• The arts and crafts area is limited to just 20 spaces. Food Trucks are limited to 5 spaces.
• Please take your time with your application to give the team the best sense of your work.
• Spaces: Vendor will accommodate a 15 feet x 15 feet space, all other sizes are to be approved. Set up is outdoors on grass, with a possible slight incline.
• Vehicles: Vehicles cannot be parked at your vending space during the festival; however, if conditions allow, you may drive up to your booth to load/unload.
• What to bring: Bring all your display materials ( chairs, generators, tents tables, tarps, trasgbags, and canopies. Vendors are the sole responsibility of the vendor space.
• Grease container is mandatory if you are a food truck!

Please fill out the application below, once it's been accepted an electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you. All you have to do is pay online once you receive an ACCEPTED email.  The portions with an asterisk must be filled out, the others are optional. All vendors must be approved prior to festival. To keep the opportunities great, we are only offering the following spaces. All vendors and food types must be different.

• 5 Food Trucks-  Vendor Fee $300.00
• 5 Food Table Vendors - Vendor Fee $250
• 20 Merchandise Vendors-  Vendor Fee $200.00
