The Kiwanis Club of Safety Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any vendors, exhibitors, or merchandise for any reason.
If you have exhibited with our show(s) in the past, we will make every effort to assign you to the street/booth area that you previously were assigned. There are no guarantees based on the number of exhibitors in your product category.
All credit card payments are processed through Stripe.
No reschedule or rain date for inclement weather.
No refunds. Payments are non-transferable.
IN THE EVENT THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELED DUE TO FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDERS, FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.
