july 18th - albany bound vintage

our next albany event is on saturday, 7/18! we're hosting 15-20 vendors at 51 Watervliet Ave, Albany NY 12206, just a few blocks from honest weight food co-op. spots are indoors or outdoors, all ground floor. the building and restroom are ADA accessible, and idoors has AC!

we will be providing three hours for load in and two hours for load out!

we are looking for y2k/vintage clothing vendors, streetwear, jewelry, permanent jewelry, accessories, handmade and upcycled, crochet/knit, 1of1s, tooth gem artists as well as food, snacks and drinks! returning vendors may get priority but we will be accepting all applications on a first come first serve basis. your payment method will be charged upon acceptance, so please only apply when you are ready to pay.

we have 2 available options for vendor spots, 8 x 8 indoors and 10 x 10 outdoors.

an indoor spot is 8 x 8 ft with a limit of 3 structures (racks, piles, bins,  tables). an indoor spot is $145

an outdoor spot is 10 x 10 ft with a limit of 5 structures (racks, piles, bins, tables.) an outdoor spot is $135, and is nonrefundable regardless of weather. we will help you find a tent rental if needed but tents are not required. all tents must have weights! there are no refunds for vendors who do not attend. 

PLEASE NOTE: if you are splitting a booth, please include all names/quantity of vendors sharing your booth

submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. we cannot take specific spot requests, and spot priority will be given to vendors who are consistently on time with payment and set up.

vendor fee: $135 OUTDOOR 10x10  or $145 INDOOR 8 x 8 

vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

harassment/speaking inappropriately to our staff will not be tolerated and we have the right to remove you from the event as well as keep your full vendor fee.

albany bound vintage is a community safe space for many people. we have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, racism, transphobia or bigotry. as well as stealing from small businesses. if you see something please let us know!

we reserve the right to revoke your acceptance (while unpaid), move or transfer your spot, or deny load in (if arriving late) at any time.

by submitting this application you confirm that you understand these terms, that you have read this application in full and will read any follow up emails/messages in full, and that you understand your liability. anyone under 18 must have a parent fill out this form on their behalf.

any vendor not on site by 12pm will lose their nonrefundable vendor spot. unfortunately there are now no exceptions and our staff will not allow you to load in.

there are absolutely no refunds or credits provided once paid. this includes illness, car troubles, unpreparedness for weather, or acting disrespectfully with our staff. you may sell your spot to an approved vendor if you can no longer make the event.

you understand that by submitting this application and payment, your payment method will be charged upon acceptance. failure to submit a valid payment method may result in being banned from our events.

we ask that vendors commit to posting (story, reel, repost) about the event 1x per week as well as tag us in any event related content! this really helps our rsvp count and everyones sales!
