🎃🍂 Get Ready for Shocktoberfest 2026! 🍂🎃 Join us for an unforgettable evening packed with live entertainment, festive activities, delicious food, and family fun. ✨ This Year’s Highlights Include: 🎶 LIVE MUSIC featuring the high-energy sounds of the new Lost Lederhosen Band! Bring your dancing shoes and enjoy an Oktoberfest-style performance that will keep the party going all evening long. 🎃 Kids’ Halloween Costume Contest Show off your spooky, funny, or creative costume for a chance to win GIFT CARD prizes! Contest begins promptly at 5:00 PM. 🪓 Mobile Axe Throwing Challenge your friends and test your skills in this exciting interactive activity! (Ages 13+) 🍔 Delicious Food & Refreshing Beverages Enjoy tasty eats, sweet treats, and festive drinks from a variety of food vendors, including the Bruster’s Ice Cream Truck and One Family Brewing’s Beer Trailer. 🍺 Beer Tickets Available for Pre-Purchase Skip the line and purchase your drink tickets in advance for $5 per drink. Valid government-issued ID required at check-in. Age verification will be completed before alcohol service. 🎨 Fun for the Whole Family From games and crafts to face painting and festive fall activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! 📍 Event Details Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Location: 41995 Greenstone Drive (Greenstone Pool Parking Lot) 🎟️ Admission FREE for Stone Ridge residents (Residency will be confirmed at registration.) Non-Profit Business or Charity $0.00 Non-refundable This option is only available to non-profit organizations and charities with a designated 501 (c)(3). This space is limited. Applicant must provide designation letter during registration to esparkes@stoneridgehoa.org This space is one 10x10 booth space for your charity only. You are responsible for your own tent, tables and chairs.
Craft/Artisan Local Business $125.00 Non-refundable This option is for home-based businesses. Cost - $125 * One 10x10 space in Vendor Village * You must bring your own: Tent, Table, Chairs, Table Cloths (Add-On Tent rental option available) * No electricity or running water is available. * There is no breakdown before the end of the event (unless otherwise approved by the HOA).
Brick & Mortar Business Exhibitor $400.00 Non-refundable This option is for brick & mortar businesses. Cost - $400 * One 10x10 Tent, Table and 2 Chairs in Vendor Village * No electricity or running water is available. * There is no breakdown before the end of the event (unless otherwise approved by the HOA). You may rent a tent from us for an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you would like to add this on.
