VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & MARKET POLICIES• All tent vendors must have a 10x10 tent or smaller.• All tent vendors MUST have proper tent weights attached at all times (40lb minimum required).• All food vendors, whether operating from a tent or food truck, must comply with all State of Florida requirements, permits, licenses, and health regulations. PROHIBITED AT THE MARKET:• Open flames• Drugs• Alcohol• Smoking ARRIVAL POLICY:Vendors must arrive on time for setup. Late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up or participate in the market.The Local Habit reserves the right to remove any vendor from the market at any time, for any reason, especially misconduct, disruptive behavior, unsafe conditions, failure to follow market rules, or behavior that does not align with the atmosphere and standards of the market. Vendors may also be trespassed from the property if necessary.No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

- By submitting this application, I acknowledge and understand that The Local Habit does NOT guarantee sales, profits, customers, or foot traffic and that it is my responsibility to market and promote my business before and during the market. I understand that The Local Habit provides the event space, overall market marketing, and community exposure throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. I understand that all tent vendors must have a 10x10 tent or smaller and MUST have proper tent weights attached at all times (40lb minimum required). I understand that all food vendors must comply with all State of Florida permits, licenses, and health requirements. I understand that NO open flames, drugs, alcohol, or smoking are permitted at the market.
- I understand that late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up and that booth sharing is NOT permitted unless previously approved by The Local Habit team. I understand that misconduct, unsafe behavior, disrespect, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the market and possible trespassing from the property. I understand there are NO refunds, transfers, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. I understand payment is due within 48 hours of approval or my spot may be released to another vendor. I understand that The Local Habit is a community-driven market and vendors are expected to be friendly, communicative, respectful, and contribute positively to the atmosphere of the market. I also acknowledge that this application is for consideration only and submission does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
