2026 BBQ Vendor Rates are $400 - This includes your space, City of Blue Ridge Permit, and electrical hook up. - NO water will be provided to any space.

 

We will make the spaces needed based on size of rigs, this is why it is extremely important to have the accurate length of rig, and power service needed.

BBQ Food Vendor Agreement

 

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Blues & BBQ Festival!

Please review the following rules, regulations, and important details carefully. By completing your registration through our online festival management system, you agree to all terms outlined in this document.

 

VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION
Vendor spaces are assigned based on the size of your truck, trailer, or setup. When completing your online registration, please provide the accurate length of your rig and the electrical service you require, as this information directly determines your space allocation. Multiple booth spaces are available upon request.

Consideration will be given to location requests; however, the Festival Producer will make the final decision based on the overall show layout and environment. Electrical service options include 50 Amp or 110V – 20 Amp outlets. Please indicate your needs during online registration.

 

2026 Vendor Rate:  $400
 

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Booth Attendance: Each vendor is required to keep at least one attendant in their booth from 11:30 AM until 9:00 PM.

Noise: Exhibits that include musical instruments, radios, sound equipment, public address systems, or any loud machinery must be operated at a volume that does not interrupt or disturb adjacent vendors and their patrons.

Operating Restrictions: The serving or distribution of alcoholic beverages by vendors anywhere within the Festival area is strictly prohibited. Distribution of fliers is not permitted outside the marked boundaries of your assigned booth space.

Liability and Insurance: Every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Festival to protect property during setup, the festival period, and removal. However, neither the Festival Committee, service contractors, nor any officers or staff members are responsible for the safety of property or vendors from theft, fire, accident, vandalism, or other causes. Security guards employed by the Festival are on duty during festival hours only, and management cannot be held responsible for vendor property. Each vendor assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, city, state, and federal safety, fire, health, and other ordinances and laws regarding the installation and operation of equipment, displays, and exhibit materials.

 

Security Deposit: All vendors must submit a $250 check upon check-in as a security deposit. After dismantling, your booth space must be left in the same condition in which you found it. Your deposit will be returned only after your space has been inspected and approved. If your space is not completely cleaned and cleared of all debris, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

Subletting of Space: Vendors agree not to assign, sublet, or share any portion of their allotted space. No vendor will be permitted to sell or display products or services outside the confines of their assigned booth area.

 

SETUP, DISMANTLING, AND GATE INFORMATION


Setup: All food cookers and meal vendors must set up on Friday, September 18, 2026, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Incomplete setup by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the $250 security deposit.  Gates will close to vehicle traffic at 10:00 AM on festival day. All vehicles must be out of the festival area by that time

 

Dismantling: Dismantling may begin immediately after the festival closes at 9:00 PM on Saturday, September 19, 2026. All materials must be cleared from the premises no later than 7:00 AM on Sunday, September 20, 2026. All vendors must have their booth space inspected in order to receive their security deposit. No vehicles will be permitted to re-enter the festival area until all patrons have cleared the grounds and a Festival Producer has given approval. The Festival reserves the right, with no liability for damage, spoilage, or loss, to dismantle, dispose of, store, or clear from the premises any materials or property belonging to a vendor who has failed to comply. Failure to comply with any of these policies will result in forfeiture of the $250 security deposit. These policies will be strictly enforced.

 

UTILITIES


Water: Water is available at the festival, but only in a limited number of spaces. Please bring your own water containers if you require water. The Festival will not provide hoses to any vendor.

 

Electrical (110V – 20 Amp): The Festival will provide one female plug per vendor at no charge. Vendors must provide their own grounded male plug and any extension cords needed (up to 100 feet).

220V – 50 Amp Service: Vendors requiring 220-volt, 50-amp service must have a 3-prong male plug for their wiring. This service must be requested during your online registration.


 

FOOD SERVICE VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Que-Pon Vouchers: Every food vendor is required to honor all Que-Pon vouchers, including those redeemable for drinks, issued by the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival. These vouchers will be used for advertising and other promotional purposes as determined by the Festival Committee. At the end of the evening, the Festival Committee will reimburse vendors $15 for each Que-Pon redeemed and returned to the Headquarters Tent.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Festival Committee, all food service vendors must comply with the requirement above.
