Join us in celebrating the second annual Berkeley Pride street festival! Our theme is FROM JOY TO JUSTICE! 

 Welcome to the official Berkeley Pride Vendor Application. 

 

Vendor Types
1. Equity Vendor - $225

-Small businesses owned and operated by individuals who closely reflect Pacific Center’s mission of supporting LGBTQIA+ or QTBIMPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, Multiracial People of Color) communities
OR
-All registered nonprofit organizations

 

2. Berkeley Business Vendor - $325

-Berkeley-owned for-profit businesses not reflecting LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC mission of Pacific Center

OR

-Independent business owners or service providers who do not fall into the small business support category.

OR

-Revenue is under $1 million/year.

 3. Community Partner Vendor - $425

-Government agencies (city departments, public outreach groups, political representatives).

OR

-Businesses with annual revenue exceeding $425,000.

OR

-Corporations and related groups and entities

 

4. Food Vendor -- $450

-Food trucks, trailers, and tent-based food vendors.
-Vendors preparing or selling hot or cold food, beverages, or packaged edible goods.
-Businesses holding valid Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permits and meeting Alameda County Environmental Health requirements.
-Vendors offering diverse, culturally relevant, and inclusive menu options, including vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-conscious offerings.

 

5. Artist Promenade Vendor - $125
-LGBTQIA+ or QTBIMPOC artists or crafters 

 

All Vendor Booths Typically Include:

-10x10 vendor booth space
-One 6-foot table and 2 chairs
-Standard vendor support services for check-in and clean up
-Publication in our vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved
-Food Trucks Only: An extra large space to accommodate your truck (we will coordinate directly with you on sizing) 

 

*Berkeley & East Bay based applications will be prioritized*

All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $25 added to the cost per 10' to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for every vendor.

About the event

Berkeley Pride is a celebration of LGBTQIA+ and QTBIMPOC arts, culture, community, and history in Berkeley and the East Bay. Pride highlights local artists and performers, connects our communities with resources and services from vendors, and all-day programming for people of all ages.If you'd like to attend but cannot afford a ticket- you can volunteer with us! Terms & Conditions

By completing this application, I consent that Pacific Center for Human Growth/Berkeley Pride and its representatives are not responsible for the sale, distribution, loss, or insurance of any of my company's property including wares sold at this event. Vendors must provide all appropriate licenses including a sellers permit, liability insurance up to $2,000,000 that extends to "City of Berkeley, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers", and health permits if serving food. Vendors take full legal responsibility for all items for sale.

10x10 Equity Vendor Booth $225.00 Non-refundable Vendor booth fees are nonrefundable. $25 added to price to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for every vendor space.
10x10 Berkeley Business Booth $325.00 Non-refundable All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $25 added to the cost to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for every vendor. Who qualifies: -For-profit businesses not classified as LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC-owned. -Independent artisans, crafters, or service providers who do not fall into the small business support category. -Revenue is under $1 million/year. Pricing justification: Base rate for participation, covering event costs such as space, infrastructure, and exposure. Typical booth includes: -10x10 vendor booth space -One 6-foot table and 2 chairs -Standard vendor support services for check-in and clean up -Publication in our vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved
Community Partner Vendor Booth $425.00 Non-refundable All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $25 added to the cost to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for every vendor. Who qualifies: -Food vendors (due to added health and safety requirements, power, and water needs). -Government agencies (city departments, public outreach groups, political representatives). -Large businesses with annual revenue exceeding $1 million. Pricing justification: -Higher cost reflects greater resource use, larger footprint, or capacity to pay. -Helps subsidize lower-income or community-focused participants. Typical booth includes: -10x10 vendor booth space -One 6-foot table and 2 chairs -Standard vendor support services for check-in and clean up -Publication in our vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved -Food Trucks Only: An extra large space to accommodate your truck (we will coordinate directly with you on sizing)

Sponsor Booth $0.00 Non-refundable This booth is for SPONSORS only. If you book this booth and you are not a sponsor, we will deny your application, you will lose your reservation and place in line, and you will be asked to complete the application properly.
DOUBLE BOOTH 10x20: Artist Promenade Vendor Booth $248.00 Non-refundable All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $50 added to the cost to include two 6-foot tables and 4 chairs for this vendor. Who qualifies: -LGBTQIA+ or QTBIMPOC artists or crafters Pricing justification: Discounted to promote equity and inclusion by making participation more accessible to historically marginalized groups and mission-driven organizations. Typical booth includes: -10x20 vendor booth space -Two 6-foot tables and 4 chairs -Standard vendor support services for check-in and clean up -Publication in our vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved
Food Vendor $450.00 Non-refundable All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $25 added to the cost to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for booth-based vendors. Food trucks are exempt from table and chair rentals unless requested. Who qualifies: -Food trucks, trailers, and tent-based food vendors. -Vendors preparing or selling hot or cold food, beverages, or packaged edible goods. -Businesses holding valid Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permits and meeting Alameda County Environmental Health requirements. -Vendors offering diverse, culturally relevant, and inclusive menu options, including vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-conscious offerings./ Pricing justification: -Reflects additional logistical and regulatory requirements, including health permits, inspections, and specialized placement. -Accounts for increased operational needs such as space allocation, utilities coordination, and waste management. -Aligns with Berkeley Pride’s commitment to accessibility while ensuring vendor fees remain below sponsorship levels. -Helps subsidize equity-based booth opportunities for LGBTQIA+ and QTBIPOC vendors and nonprofit organizations. Typical booth includes: -Designated food vendor space: -10x10 space for tent-based vendors -Expanded footprint for food trucks and trailers (size coordinated in advance) -One 6-foot table and two chairs for booth-based vendors (optional add-on for trucks) -Standard vendor support services for check-in, operations, and clean-up -Placement in a high-traffic food vendor area -Inclusion in the official vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved -Coordination with event organizers regarding load-in, load-out, and permitting requirements Additional requirements: -Compliance with Alameda County Environmental Health regulations -Use of compostable or recyclable serviceware in accordance with City of Berkeley Zero Waste guidelines -Proper wastewater containment and disposal -Submission of all required permits, licenses, and certificates of insurance prior to the event

  • There are a limited number of vendor spaces. Once the limit is reached, vendors may still register online to be placed on a waiting list by completing our 2026 Vendor Waitlist at PacificCenter.org/berkeleypride and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
  • Vendors may not set up prior to 8:00 am on Sunday, August 30 and are NOT permitted to set up on Saturday evening. Booth teardown is not permitted prior to 5:00p and cars will NOT be permitted to drive through the festival area until after attendees have been completely vacated.
