About the application
This category includes individuals, candidate committees, ballot measure committees, and advocacy organizations representing political candidates, elections, or public policy initiatives at the local, state, or federal level. This includes school board candidates, elected officials participating in campaign activity, political party organizations, and issue-based advocacy groups.
Advocacy or Campaign Booths may include informational outreach, distribution of literature, campaign messaging, and fundraising activities in support of their campaign, candidate, or advocacy cause. All fundraising activities must comply with applicable local, state, and federal election laws.
Campaign and advocacy-related applicants that do not qualify as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization must apply under this category. The District reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or remove any Advocacy or Campaign Booth and to determine booth placement, quantity, and visibility to ensure a fair, balanced, and nonpartisan event environment.

| Application fees | $25.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. Fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged. |
| 10x10 Advocacy/Campaign Booth | $225.00 | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor must purchase the number of booth spaces needed to display product. Example: 1 booth = 10x10, 2 booths = 10x20, 3 booths = 10x30, and so on. After 8/31/26 booth fee is non-refundable. | |
| Corner Booth Space | $25.00 | The 21st Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival’s layout is based on Sacramento Metro Fire Regulations. Vendors can request a corner/end booth for a fee of $25.00. Spaces are first come first serve by date application is received, availability and booth size. The Fair Oaks Chicken Festival Committee reserves the right to deny corner/end spaces as necessary for Festival layout. After 8/31/26 booth fee is non-refundable. |
