Thursday Night Market at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market
About the application
Welcome to the Kalamazoo Farmers Market Thursday Night Markets. On the 3rd Thursday of the month, June, July, August, and September, the Market partners with Edison Neighborhood to host a night market filled with adult beverages, vendor booths, food booths (and Food Trucks), and farmers. Entertainment is hosted making the market a bit of a festival.
The cost to participate is based on a seasonal rate of $160 for all four dates or $50 a booth ($60 for food trucks) for selected dates. Invoicing is done after acceptance of application and dates. It is important to note that this event will have different guidelines because of the alcoholic beverage sales and all participating vendors agree to provide their certificates, licenses, and verifications for vending as part of the City and County vending guidelines. Additionally, there are rules and regulations regarding operation with a MLCC licensed venue.

Vendors may only sell items that have been approved through the application process. Any additions or changes to product offerings must be approved by Market Management in advance.
3. Payments & Fees
All vendor fees must be paid in full by the required deadlines. Failure to remain in good standing may result in suspension or removal from the market. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Attendance & Communication
Vendors are expected to attend all scheduled market dates and operate during full market hours. Vendors must communicate cancellations or delays in advance. Repeated absences, late arrivals, or early departures may result in loss of vending privileges.
5. Booth Setup & Conduct

7. Liability & Insurance
Vendors assume full responsibility for their products, equipment, and operations. All vendors must sign a hold harmless agreement. Gamsho Group and The City of Kalamazoo and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury. Vendors are required to carry personal insurance for general and product liability. Gamsho Group LLC carries its own general liability policy. THIS POLICY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE PROTECTION TO ANY VENDOR AT KALAMAZOO FARMERS MARKET. Vendors shall maintain vehicle insurance as required by state law. Temporary one-day or monthly general liability insurance is available from some agents. If you are only selling on select days, please call your preferred agent to discuss this option. Sample copy is available for insurance COI forms.
