RESTAURANT TASTING APPLICATION
About the application
The _ Tequila Fest Restaurant Partner Application
Apply to showcase your restaurant at The _ Tequila Fest on November 7, 2025 at Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton. Selected restaurants will serve sample-size bites to an engaged crowd of tequila lovers and compete for Best Bite, Best Taco, and Best Spicy Bite. Participation is free and curated. The restaurant contributes food and labor as an in-kind donation benefiting True Hospitality Community.
Serve. Compete. Win.
The _ Tequila Fest is inviting a curated group of South Florida restaurants to serve signature small bites at one of the area’s most exciting food and spirits events.
This is not a standard vending opportunity. It is a chance to put your food directly in front of a highly engaged festival audience, build brand awareness, connect with new guests, and compete for crowd-favorite honors.
Participating restaurants will provide sample-size bites for guests and may enter one or more competition categories:
Best Bite
Your signature small plate that shows what your kitchen does best.
Best Taco
One perfect taco bite judged by the crowd.
Best Spicy Bite
Heat, flavor, and confidence. Bring the fire.
Cash prizes will be awarded to winners in each category. Prize amounts to be announced.
Participation is free. Restaurants contribute food and labor as an in-kind donation benefiting True Hospitality Community, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting hospitality workers facing hardship.
Spots are limited and curated for quality, variety, and visibility.

Restaurant Partner Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you confirm that you are authorized to apply on behalf of your restaurant/business and agree to participate in The _ Tequila Fest Restaurant Experience on Friday, November 7, 2026, at Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton, Florida, if approved.
Participation is free, but space is limited and curated. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved restaurants will provide sample-size food portions, staff/labor, serving supplies, and any equipment needed to safely prepare, hold, and serve their menu. Restaurants should plan for approximately 1,000 sample-size portions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The event will provide each approved restaurant partner with two 6’ tables and assigned placement. Additional needs such as power, tents, refrigeration, water, or special equipment are not guaranteed unless approved in advance.
All menu items must be approved by the event producer. Restaurants may not sell, sample, or distribute unapproved items. Unless otherwise approved in writing, participation is based on complimentary food samples for guests and no on-site food sales are permitted.
Restaurant partners are responsible for complying with all applicable health, food safety, fire, city, county, state, venue, licensing, permitting, and insurance requirements. Restaurants are solely responsible for safe food sourcing, preparation, transport, holding, service, allergen awareness, sanitation, and disposal.
Restaurant partners may participate in competition categories such as Best Bite, Best Taco, and Best Spicy Bite. Competition rules, judging format, prize amounts, and final decisions are determined by the event producer.
Restaurant partner’s food and labor contribution is considered an in-kind donation benefiting True Hospitality Community, the nonprofit partner connected to the event.
By participating, restaurant partner grants The _ Tequila Fest, True Hospitality Creative, and True Hospitality Community permission to use the restaurant’s name, logo, menu items, photos, video, and event-related content for promotional, recap, advertising, press, sponsor, and social media purposes.
The event producer reserves the right to modify event details, layout, hours, programming, guest capacity, competition format, or operational requirements as needed. If the event is postponed, canceled, relocated, delayed, or affected by weather, public safety concerns, venue requirements, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the producer’s control, the producer is not responsible for restaurant partner costs, lost revenue, food purchases, labor, travel, or other expenses.
Restaurant partner agrees to hold harmless True Hospitality Creative, The _ Tequila Fest, True Hospitality Community, the venue, the City of Boca Raton, sponsors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the restaurant partner’s participation, food service, staff, equipment, conduct, or failure to comply with applicable rules or laws.
The event producer may remove any restaurant partner or staff member for unsafe practices, unapproved sales, noncompliance, improper conduct, or behavior that negatively impacts the event.
