Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Set up is TBD day of, the event will run from 11AM to 7PM. 

This event will be held at Two Story Books & Coffee House downtown.

This event is leaning strictly towards books and book adjacent things, we have space for a few artists, if you are a non-author who would like one of those spots please indicate in your application.

Table Fee is $55 to cover operational costs and is nonrefundable. (Booking also includes a drink / pastry voucher from our coffee bar.)

This is a BYOTT Event, Bring Your Own Table.
Chairs not provided. Please bring a 6' table, you will be emailed details on your space prior to the event so you can plan your set up.  

Advertising: A Facebook Event will be set up to push the event. We will provide a link to it once it is live to everyone who registers. Please share this on your social media.

Author/Artists will keep 100% of their sales.

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN POINT OF SALE/METHOD OF PERFORMING TRANSACTIONS.

Organized and run by Two Story Books and Coffeehouse and May You Walk Under Blue Skies Publishing.

Authors/vendors are responsible for their own tables (Max 6' size) and products. Neither Two Story Books and Coffeehouse OR May You Walk Under Blue Skies Publishing are responsible for theft, or injuries that may occur. Nor are they responsible for any damage the author might cause to the venue itself.

All Genres are welcome but this will be a fantasy focus and a family event so no NSFW displays.  

No Generative AI, used in covers or book creation at any point. If you are accepted and found to have AI content in your books you will be asked to leave without refund of any kind. No AI display pieces or items of any kind either.  
 
Please reach out to mikelmelwasul@gmail.com if you need to cancel AT LEAST seven days prior to the event to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations on the part of the author/artists will not result in a refund.
Cancellations made within seven days of the event will result in a $50 fee being charged to the credit card on file. A No Show will be considered a failure to cancel or failure to show resulting in blacklisting from future events and a $50 fee as it gives us no time to find a replacement.
