Vendor - VIBE STL Music Series 2026
About the application
You are applying to have a vendor at the Levitt VIBE STL Music Series. There are 10 concerts from May thru Sept on the 2nd & 4th Sundays from 5-8pm. We have four (4) typs of vendors for this series:
(1) Food Truck - $115
(2) Small Business - $65
(3) Non-Profit or Community Org - $30
(4) Corporate/Commercial - $150
You will be able to see and register for all events you are interested in THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS ALWAYS THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE CONCERT DATE.
If you have a product or service to sell or you need to build up your customer base or engage the community around an event our cause (non-political). This will be a fun event for the entire family - the VIBE is community and the love of music. Choose one or multiple events. Payment is required at the time of vendor acceptance.
This is an outdoor event in a public park. You will be required to bring a 10x10 tent, tables & chairs that you may need.
Attendance: We will be hosting national and local artists and expect attendance in excess of 250-1000 attendees.
VENDOR SET UP DETAILS (3PM)
Vendors can set up between 3:00pm - 4:30pm. You may drive onto the lawn for set up only. All cars must be removed from the lawn at 4:30pm. Free parking is allowed on the Loop Trolley Parking Lot (Delmar) or Hamilton Elementary School.
VENDOR BREAK DOWN (8PM)
Vendors can break down at 8pm, as soon as the concert ends. For the safety of our guests, NO CARS will be allowed on the lawn until 8:15pm.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Food Vendors are required to comply with city health and safety guidelines and permits required to sell food to the public. Please get your food permit from the St. Louis City Health Department. The Health Department will attend the event and check for licenses.
We are a 501c3 - nonprofit organization. Therefore, no politics or lobbying permitted during the concert.
RAIN OR SHINE EVENT - The Levitt VIBE STL Concert Series will go on - RAIN or SHINE. If there is severe weather, vendors that have registered by Wednesday before each concert date will be notified on Thursday our decision to delay, reschedule or cancel the concert due to inclement weather.
