LC3 VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting an application, purchasing a vendor space, or participating as a vendor at LC3: Legendary Card Collector Con, scheduled for November 21–22, 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
The event is organized and operated by Doza Collectiblez LLC (“LC3” or the “Organizer”) and held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, 1551 N. Thoreau Drive, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173 (“Venue”).
1. All Sales Are Final
All vendor-space purchases are final and nonrefundable. LC3 will not issue refunds, transfers, payment reversals, or credits toward future events for any reason, including cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, personal emergencies, illness, late arrival, removal from the event, or failure to attend.
Vendors reserve spaces at their own risk.
2. No Reselling, Transferring, or Subletting Tables
Vendor spaces may not be resold, transferred, assigned, traded, shared, subleased, or given to another person or business without prior written approval from LC3.
Only the individual or business registered with LC3 may occupy and operate the purchased space. Unauthorized name changes, ownership changes, table transfers, or attempts to resell a vendor space may result in:
Immediate cancellation of the reservation
Removal from the event without refund
Loss of all payments
Permanent disqualification from consideration for future LC3 events
LC3 reserves the right to verify the identity and business information of every vendor occupying a space.
3. Maximum of Two Vendors Per Table
No more than two separate vendors, businesses, or brands may operate from one vendor table.
Both vendors must be disclosed to and approved by LC3 before the event. Adding another vendor, business, or brand without written approval is prohibited.
Purchasing additional vendor badges does not permit additional businesses to sell from or occupy the table.
4. Vendor Badges
Each vendor space includes two vendor badges unless otherwise stated in the purchased package.
Additional vendor badges may be purchased for $25 each, subject to LC3 approval and availability. Badges are assigned to authorized vendor personnel and may not be sold, transferred, copied, shared, or provided to attendees.
Everyone working inside a vendor space must wear an official vendor badge while on the convention floor.
5. Attendance and Event Commitment
Vendors are responsible for arriving on time, completing setup before the designated deadline, and remaining fully operational during published event hours.
Late arrivals and no-shows may forfeit their space without refund or credit. LC3 is not required to hold a space for a vendor who fails to arrive by the announced setup deadline.
Early breakdown or departure is prohibited unless authorized by LC3 staff.
6. Space Assignments and Setup
All table and booth locations are assigned by LC3. Vendors may not move, exchange, combine, or occupy another space without prior approval.
All merchandise, displays, signage, storage, chairs, and personal property must remain within the vendor’s assigned footprint. Displays may not block aisles, exits, neighboring vendors, safety equipment, or attendee traffic.
Vendors must follow all setup, fire-safety, security, and facility requirements established by LC3 and the Venue.
7. Merchandise and Legal Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all merchandise and business activity comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, offensive, or unauthorized merchandise is prohibited. LC3 may require any item to be removed from display or sale at its sole discretion.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all required taxes and maintaining any licenses, permits, or insurance required for their business.
8. Professional Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy
Professional and respectful behavior is required at all times.
LC3 will not tolerate harassment, threats, intimidation, aggressive behavior, fighting, excessive arguing, disrespectful conduct, abusive language, discriminatory behavior, or hostility toward attendees, LC3 staff, Venue employees, special guests, or other vendors.
Any vendor whose behavior is determined by LC3 to be disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or damaging to the event environment may be removed immediately without warning, refund, transfer, or credit.
Serious or repeated conduct violations may result in permanent disqualification from future LC3 events.
9. Security and Personal Property
Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, money, equipment, displays, and personal belongings at all times.
Doza Collectiblez LLC, LC3, and the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel are not responsible for theft, loss, disappearance, damage, injury, or destruction involving vendor property.
Security presence does not create a guarantee against theft, loss, or damage.
10. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and accept responsibility for their employees, assistants, approved co-vendors, merchandise, displays, and business activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors release Doza Collectiblez LLC, LC3, the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from the vendor’s participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Vendors are responsible for any injury, damage, violation, or claim caused by their merchandise, displays, employees, representatives, or conduct.
11. Event and Layout Changes
LC3 may modify vendor assignments, floor plans, event hours, guest appearances, schedules, policies, or other event details when necessary because of operational needs, Venue requirements, safety concerns, circumstances beyond LC3’s control, or unforeseen conditions.
Specific attendance levels, sales results, foot traffic, visibility, special guests, and financial performance are not guaranteed.
Changes to scheduled programming, appearances, hours, or layout do not qualify vendors for refunds or credits.
12. Enforcement and Final Authority
LC3 reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms and Conditions and all event policies.
Failure to comply with these terms, LC3 staff instructions, or Venue requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation, immediate removal from the event, loss of vendor privileges, and exclusion from future LC3 events—all without refund or credit.
LC3’s decisions regarding vendor participation, conduct, table assignments, rule enforcement, and future-event eligibility are final.
Vendor Acknowledgment
By submitting an application, purchasing a vendor space, or checking in at the event, the vendor confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to ensure that all employees, assistants, and approved co-vendors also comply with them.

Our Second Position Exhibitor Tables dominate the center of the convention hall, immediately following the Sponsorship and First Position sections. With three action-packed aisles filled with vendors, collectors, and nonstop activity, this section is built for visibility, steady attendee traffic, and serious buying, selling, and trading—all weekend long. Please note that some tables may be located closer to the stage and could experience increased music, announcements, and crowd noise. Each space includes: * One 6-foot black-skirted table * One chair * Two vendor badges Additional vendor badges may be purchased if needed. Important Reservation Information: All reservations are final and nonrefundable. Payments cannot be transferred or credited toward any future LC3 event. |
| EXHIBITOR TABLE 2-DAY | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Exhibitor Tables Join Legendary Card Collector Con this November with an Exhibitor Table located within the final two aisles of the convention hall. These aisles will be packed with attendees throughout the weekend and positioned near our Special Guest Appearance area—bringing collectors, fans, and families directly through this section of the show. With scheduled voice actors and additional special guests to be announced soon, vendors can expect plenty of activity, excitement, and opportunities to make sales. Every section of LC3 is designed to keep vendors connected to the full convention experience! Each space includes: * One 6-foot black-skirted table * One chair * Two vendor badges Additional vendor badges may be purchased if needed. Important Reservation Information: All reservations are final and nonrefundable. Payments cannot be transferred or credited toward any future LC3 event. |
| Artist & Creator Table | $220.00 | Non-refundable | This discounted table option is reserved exclusively for approved artists, handmade craft vendors, custom creators, and independent designers. These tables will be located in the very last row of the main hall, near the voice talent, special guests, and featured attractions—creating steady attendee traffic throughout the weekend. Includes one 6-foot table and two vendor badges for both event days. Only 20 tables are available at the discounted rate of $220. Placement is assigned and cannot be changed. General collectible vendors, traditional card vendors, and vendors primarily selling sealed products do not qualify. All applicants are subject to approval, and all sales are final. |

IMPORTANT WALL DISPLAY REMINDER: Displays may not be placed against, leaned on, mounted to, taped to, or attached to the wall in any way. Vendors must maintain a minimum 1-foot gap between the wall and all merchandise, shelving, banners, and display materials at all times. Important Reservation Information: All reservations are final and nonrefundable. Payments cannot be transferred or credited toward any future LC3 event. |
