Welcome to the Castro Street Fair! Complete this application to apply for a 10x10 Arts & Crafts Exhibitor Booth.

 

To qualify for the Arts & Crafts fee, the work must be made and sold by the artist; such as handcrafted items, ceramics, paintings, photography and handmade jewelry. No mass produced goods.

About the event

The Castro Street Fair is a community street celebration that was founded by Harvey Milk in 1974. Harvey began the Castro Street Fair to promote gay-owned businesses and celebrate the vitality of the Castro neighborhood. Each year, we continue his legacy on the 1st weekend in October, by gathering in the heart of the Castro at the intersection of Market & Castro Streets and the surrounding area to celebrate our diversity and support our community. Hundreds of local artists, vendors, craftspeople, and organizations line the streets and celebrate the diversity of the neighborhood. Stages with live entertainment, DJs and dance areas can be found throughout the fairgrounds. The Fair is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and all proceeds go directly to charitable causes important to the Castro community. Additionally, the Fair funds the rainbow flag that flies over the intersection of Castro and Market.

Prices

Arts & Crafts 10x10 Booth Space $400.00 Non-refundable A 10x10 standard in-row booth space. To qualify for the Arts & Crafts fee, the work must be made and sold by the artist; such as handcrafted items, ceramics, paintings, photography and handmade jewelry. No mass produced goods. 
Arts & Crafts 10x10 Booth Space - Premium Zone $525.00 Non-refundable Premium zone booths are located on Castro between Market & 18th St. To qualify for the Arts & Crafts fee, the work must be made and sold by the artist; such as handcrafted items, ceramics, paintings, photography and handmade jewelry. No mass produced goods. 
Corner Booth Upgrade $150.00 Non-refundable Upgrade from an in-row booth to a row corner booth with two open sides.
Parking $35.00 Non-refundable A limited number of spaces are available for purchase.
Gas Generator $150.00 Non-refundable Exhibitors planning to bring a gas generator will require a Fire Permit. This fee covers the cost of the permit.
