We are looking for vendors who align with the spirit of bluegrass music! This includes food vendors with Southern or Appalachian-inspired offerings, beverage providers (bars welcome!), artisans, and artists whose work reflects the bluegrass culture and vibe. If your products or services resonate with the down-home, rootsy feel of bluegrass, we’d love to hear from you!

| 10'x20' Booth Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment. |
| Late Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the September 16, 2026, deadline. |
| Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events. |
