Terms & Conditions

Vendor applications will be reviewed upon submission. Bay Area Events limits vendors in the same category of business and spaces are limited, therefore, not every application will be approved. Notices will be sent on a rolling basis.

 

Any fees paid upon submission will be refunded within 5-7 business days if you are placed on the waiting list or are not approved.

 

The City of Fairhope requires vendors to have a City of Fairhope Business License.

 

You may pay for your City of Fairhope Business License with your application and Bay Area Events will submit the fee directly to the City of Fairhope on your behalf. Upon acceptance, you will be required to complete the City of Fairhope's Business License Application. Annual and single day licenses are available. Vendors are not required to submit their fee through this application, they may do the process completely on their own - but it MUST be done before 2/26/27 or you risk being fined by the City of Fairhope.

City of Fairhope Single Day Business License Fee $24.00 Non-refundable You may pay the fee for you City of Fairhope Single Day Business License now and Bay Area Events will remit the payment to the City of Fairhope. You will still be responsible for completing the business license application after approval. ***If you already have a City of Fairhope Business License do NOT select this option***
City of Fairhope Annual Business License Fee $114.00 Non-refundable You may pay the fee for you City of Fairhope Annual Business License now and Bay Area Events will remit the payment to the City of Fairhope. You will still be responsible for completing the business license application after approval. This license is recommended if you will be participating in more than four events in 2027. ***If you already have a City of Fairhope Business License do NOT select this option***
Early Bird 10x10 Lobby Booth $275.00 Non-refundable Booth will be 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep with one side exposed to the walkway.
Early Bird 10x10 Auditorium Booth $250.00 Non-refundable Booth will be 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep with one accessible side to the aisle.
Early Bird 10x10 Corner Auditorium Booth $325.00 Non-refundable Booth will be 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep with two accessible sides to the aisles. Only three booths have electricity access and will be allotted on first request.
Black Tablecloth Rental $15.00 Non-refundable Every vendor will be provided an 8' table at no additional cost. This tablecloth will fit 8' table. This addition will be charged upon approval.
Chair $0.00 Non-refundable Each booth will receive two chairs unless otherwise stated.
