Lollypop Farm's 29th Annual Barktober Festival- Exhibitor Application
About the application
We are excited to invite vendor applications for our 29th Barktober Festival. This beloved annual event benefits Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester and its mission to provide life-saving support and services for the community. This pet and family-friendly celebration will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at ESL Ballpark - home of the Rochester Red Wings. Approximately 3,000 animal-loving attendees will enjoy shopping, food, canine activities, music, and family fun in a picturesque, central location in Downtown Rochester. Fine art and craft, and pet-related businesses may apply using this application. *We are unable to accept applications for food vendors for Barktoberfest at this time.
VENDOR APPLICATION FEE: Free. Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. Space is limited. You will only be charged if accepted as a Barktober Fest vendor.
BOOTH FEE for Accepted Applicants: (10’x10’ space on covered pavement) $75(Early-bird discount), for applications received by July 1, 2026; $125 for applications received after July 1, 2026. Booth fee will be charged upon acceptance. Limited electricity is available and must be indicated on the application: $30 per plug. Outside generators are not allowed. Those purchasing electricity must bring a long extension cord for outdoor use.

Currently, construction is underway to transform Lollypop Farm into one of the foremost community-based animal welfare and education centers in the country through the Kindness for All Kind project. BOOTH FEE: Single booth (10’x10’) $75, for applications received by July 1, 2026; $125 for applications received after July 1, 2026. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOTH SET UP AND DISPLAY:
Exhibit spaces are approximately 10-feet wide by 10-feet deep, located on covered pavement (tents are not required). Exhibitors and their belongings must stay within these boundaries. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and remain open until specified closing times unless notified by Festival officials. Exhibitors may begin setting up display booths after 6 a.m. on Saturday, September 26. Set-up of tents, tables, and display furniture on Friday, September 25, from 4-6 p.m. may also be arranged. Tents must be weighted on all four sides. Display booths must be staffed at all times during the festival. Booth and its contents are the full responsibility of the Exhibitor. Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester, is not responsible for loss, theft, or breakage. Vendors will accept festival placement as assigned by Lollypop Farm staff. All Exhibitors must be registered with the State of New York and display “Certificate of Authority” at all times during the festival. Artists are responsible for the collection and payment of 8% local sales tax - 4% on clothing under $110.00. If your registration is pending, you may write “pending” on this application. For information regarding a New York State Tax Certificate, contact the New York State Department of Taxation at 518-485-2889 or http://www.tax.ny.gov. Exhibitor’s liability insurance shall be purchased and maintained by the Exhibitor to protect from claims under Workers’ Compensation Acts or other employee benefit acts, claims for damages because of bodily injury and from claims for damages to property, which may arise out of or result from the Exhibitors’ operations. Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester is not responsible for any damage, loss of personal property, personal injury or accidents involving Exhibitors and their personnel. Exhibitors identify and agree to hold Lollypop Farm harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, lawsuits, costs, penalties, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and judgments due to breach of this agreement by Exhibitors or their personnel. Exhibitor agrees to sell and display items similar to those depicted in their application. Your submission of the application indicates that you agree and will comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.
