We’re excited to announce that vendor applications for 'A Vintage Market' in Williamsburg (201 N 8th St) are officially OPEN!
This market will take place every other weekends on the following dates:
- June 6th & 7th (payment due upon acceptance)
- June 20th & 21st (payment due upon acceptance)
- July 11th & 12th (payment due June 20th)
- July 25th & 26th (payment due June 20th)
- August 8th & 9th (payment due July 18th)
- August 22nd & 23rd (payment due July 18th)
This application is for a single indoor 8'x10' vendor booth space at our space on 201 N 8th St in Williamsburg.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your vending date.
VENDING FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE: June vendings fees will be charged upon acceptance, but in order to space out payments for the vending fee July and August fees will not be charged to your account until 3x weeks prior to the first market of each month (June 20th and July 18th respectively).
NO REFUNDS: All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or changes in attendance do not qualify for refunds. In the event the market must be canceled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control — including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, government regulations, public health concerns, or venue-related issues — refunds will not be issued. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or apply fees toward a future market when feasible, but this is not guaranteed. Submission of payment confirms the Vendor’s understanding and agreement to these terms
YOUR VENDING SPACE: Each vendor booth at "A Vintage Market" is a single 8' x 10' space within our venue on the 2nd floor of 201 N 8th St, Brooklyn NY 11211. Vendors must bring their own clothing racks, tables, chairs and all other needed vending materials. All items must fit within the bounds of your space.
VENDING FEE: Your vending fee covers the entire weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Vendors are not allowed to vend at just one day - please confirm you are available for both Saturday and Sunday before applying.
SETUP: Setup will run from 8AM-11AM on Saturday, all vendors must be ready for the market open by 11AM. There is one small set of stairs at the front door, and another set of stairs once you get inside the venue. The stairs are wide and large enough to easily bring your vending materials through. We will also have market staff stationed at the entrance to help with the flow of traffic and guiding vendors to the proper areas.
EVENT HOURS: Saturdays 11AM-5PM & Sunday: 11AM - 5PM
STORAGE: As this is a two-day market, vendors are permitted to leave their vending materials within the venue overnight. The venue will be locked and has an alarm system. Vendors are permitted to bring extra merchandise on Sunday to help restock their booths. If you have any merchandise that is especially valuable, please make sure to take home those pieces with you in between markets. RAPOZA EVENTS LLC, THX ITS THRIFTED LLC are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise during the market.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown will begin after the market closes at 5PM on Sunday. Breaking down early requires permission from market event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission will not be invited back for future markets. Load out must be completed by 7PM. Any forgotten items will not be available for pickup or shipment to Vendor after the load out period.

I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of A Vintage Festival . I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly.
