About the application
Vodka Palooza is a high-energy tasting event that brings together local vendors and thousands of attendees for an afternoon of cocktails, music, and fun. As a participating vendor, you’ll get direct exposure to a large, engaged audience, the opportunity to showcase your brand, and the chance to connect with new customers in a lively, well-promoted setting. It’s a great way to increase visibility, drive sales, and be part of a standout community event.
We expect a crowd of nearly 1,500 people in a five hour time span.

Terms & Conditions
Cosmic Events Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Application & Approval
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by Cosmic Events, LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, the vendor’s payment method on file will be charged.
2. Payment & Fees
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Vendor space is not secured until payment is successfully processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Vendors must provide a minimum of 7 days’ written notice to cancel participation.
Failure to provide proper notice or failure to attend the event may result in a charge of up to $500 for loss of space and associated costs.
4. Vendor Category Limits
Cosmic Events reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in any category. Applications may be declined or waitlisted if a category is full.
5. Setup & Load-In
Vendors will receive a load-in email the week of the event with detailed instructions, including arrival times, setup requirements, and event logistics. Vendors are responsible for adhering to all provided timelines.
6. Booth Space & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup unless otherwise specified. All products must remain within the assigned space and be properly maintained throughout the event.
7. Alcohol Policy (if applicable)
Vendors are not permitted to bring or serve outside alcohol. All alcohol service is controlled under the host venue’s liquor license and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Compliance with Laws Vendors agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and health codes.
9. Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors are expected to operate in a professional and respectful manner. Cosmic Events reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior, non-compliance, or disruption without refund.
10. Insurance & Liability
Vendors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and staff. Cosmic Events, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury. Vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request.
11. Marketing & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant Cosmic Events the right to use their name, logo, and images for event promotion and marketing purposes.
12. Event Changes
Cosmic Events reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or layout, as necessary. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Force Majeure
Cosmic Events shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
14. Agreement
By submitting an application and/or participating in the event, the vendor agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Prices
| Food Trailers up to 15 feet in length | $400.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Vendors are required to provide credit card information at the time of application. Your card will not be charged unless your application is approved. Each food truck/vendor is solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, and approvals required by the host city and applicable law prior to the event. You may not sell ANY drinks at the event. |
