Teton Mudpots Fall Art Sale
About the application
Dear Artists,
You are invited to participate in the Fall Mudpots Sale. This year’s sale will take place on
Wednesday, November 4 from 10 am - 5 pm
Thursday, November 5 from 10 am - 5 pm
Friday, November 6 from 10 am - 5 pm.
Applications will be accepted through Eventeny. There is no cost to apply. Please upload 1-3 images representing the work you would like to sell at the show. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the application period closes. Acceptances will be sent out on a rolling basis as well. We have space for approximately 18 participating artists in this show. We will maintain a waitlist for anyone who applies after all spaces are filled. Deadline to enter: October 30, 2026. Deadline to withdraw from participation: November 2, 2026.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Displayed work must be handmade by you.
- Each artist will be provided with a 6’ table space to display work.
- Artists may elect to share a table with another artist. Please make note of your desire to share a table in your application and the name of the artist you are sharing with. If you want to share but don't have someone in mind, we can assign you a partner depending on availability.
- We will set up in the Gallery and Loft of the Art Association.
- You will be responsible for the setup of your display. Feel free to bring display items (like crates, baskets, etc), business cards, etc. Please make sure to have weights (like rocks or paperweights) if you have light-weight items on your display (i.e. brochures, stickers, cards, etc).
- Setup will begin Tuesday, November 3, 2026. A sign up sheet will be provided closer to the event date.
- Please arrange for picking up your items beginning on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 10:00 am.
- Each participating artist needs to send an inventory list prior to the show to store@artassociation.org
- To avoid confusion and errors, we will provide stickers with a UPC code and price that we will print and you can pick up prior to the show.
- Inventory lists should be simple. Please provide us a list of price points and quantities - descriptions are not necessary (i.e. 12 @ $10, 15 @ $20, etc). If you are unsure of the final quantity you will have for a price point, please overestimate. We will be able to print extra labels only as time allows.
- Deadline for inventory list: October 30, 2026
Sales commission: 35% of sales supports the Art Association, so please price your items accordingly.
The Art Association will handle all sales and sales tax collection.
3% credit card fees will be split between the Art Association and the artist (1.5% each).
