Vendor Application

Pokémon Market is coming to Charlotte on June 27–28.

This is a two day vendor event featuring 300+ tables of Pokémon related products including TCG, sealed, singles, slabs, art, plush, vintage, and more.

Vendor spaces are available for businesses, collectors, and artists with Pokémon focused inventory. All applicants must provide a brief description of what they sell. Please note that this is a curated event and not all applications will be approved.

Additional event details, setup times, and guidelines will be sent upon approval.

By applying to and participating in Pokémon Market Charlotte, you agree to the following terms:

All vendors must sell Pokémon related items or products that align with the event. We reserve the right to ask for the removal of any items that do not fit the theme.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. This is a curated event and approvals are made at our discretion.

All payments are final and non refundable. Vendor spaces are also non transferable.

Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and cleanup. All spaces must be left in the same condition they were found.

Pokémon Market is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. We reserve the right to remove any vendor who is disruptive or does not follow event guidelines.
