The Food Truck tier is for vendors who want to serve attendees at the 2026 Fall and Holiday Expo in an outdoor space. Vendors will receive a designated outdoor space for their truck or cart, and recognition on the event website and printed program.

Terms & Conditions
Food Vendor / Food Truck — Terms & Conditions (2026)
This application is for food vendors or food trucks participating in the 2026 Noble County Fall & Holiday Expo. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance; all applications are subject to approval by the organizers.
Payment & Refunds:
Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file after approval.
Payments are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
Refunds are subject to the refund policy of Noble County Events, which can be found on the General Events page: Noble County Events Refund Policy.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors must comply with all Noble County Health Department regulations and hold required health permits.
Vendors supply all equipment, including generators for electricity, tents, tables, or any other required setup for their outdoor space.
Booth / Space Rules:
Spaces are assigned by organizers and are located on the north or east parking lots.
Vendors may not block aisles, other booths, or emergency exits.
Food trucks/trailers must remain within their assigned footprint.
Marketing & Promotion:
Vendors authorize Noble County Events to use their business name, logo, and marketing materials for event promotion.
High-resolution logos and marketing materials should be submitted by the stated deadline.
Liability:
Noble County Events, Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Vendors are encouraged to carry insurance for liability and property.
Cancellation / Termination:
Organizers may cancel or modify the event due to weather or emergencies. Vendors will be notified promptly.
By submitting this application, you agree to abide by all terms, rules, and regulations outlined above. Failure to comply may result in denial of future applications or removal from the event.
Prices
| Outdoor Food Trucks/Trailers | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This fee of $250 covers your outdoor food vendor space at the Noble County Fall & Holiday Expo. Location: - North side of the building in the parking lot off Riley Road, along the building - East side parking lot Included: - Outdoor space for one truck or trailer (size limits may apply) Important: - Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including generators for electricity. - Vendors are responsible for their own permits and compliance with local health and safety regulations. - Location assignments are subject to availability. - This fee is **non-refundable** and covers one truck/trailer per applicant. |
