Thank you for your interest in Market on Morgan, a community pop-up street market hosted by the 99th Street Morgan Block Club and powered by Pot O’ Greens.

This event will feature up to 30 vendors offering plants, handmade goods, apparel, art, and select food items. Vendors will be assigned a space up to 10x10 ft along a fully closed residential block.

Please review all application details before applying. Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup (tables, tents, etc.), following event guidelines, and complying with any required permits—especially for food sales.

Additional details regarding setup times, parking (on nearby streets), and event logistics will be shared upon acceptance.

Market on Morgan Street is a vibrant, family-friendly community pop-up market hosted by the 99th Street Morgan Block Club and powered by Pot O’ Greens. Located conveniently in Washington Heights on the south side at 99th and Halsted Street corridor, this outdoor street market brings together up to 30 local vendors each with a 10x 10 space along a fully closed residential block. Offerings include a variety of products such as plants, handmade goods, apparel, art, and more. The event is designed to support small businesses while creating a welcoming space for neighbors to connect, shop, and enjoy the community. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere featuring music, a kids’ bouncy house, light refreshments, and a thoughtfully organized vendor layout along both sides of the block. Terms & Conditions

Market on Morgan – Vendor Terms & Conditions
By applying and participating in Market on Morgan, vendors agree to the following terms:

 
1. Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors will be selected to ensure a balanced and diverse marketplace.
Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any application.
 
2. Vendor Fees
Vendor fee is $50 per space.
Payment is required to secure your space. All payments are  collected and managed by Pot O’ Greens on behalf of the 99th Street Morgan Block Club to cover event expenses.
Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
 
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, organizers will determine rescheduling options.
 
4. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive on time for setup (details will be provided prior to event).
All vendors must be fully set up before the event begins.
Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by organizers.
 
5. Booth Requirements
Each vendor will be assigned a space up to 10x10 ft.
Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, and setup materials unless otherwise arranged.
All displays must remain within the assigned space.
 
6. Permits & Licenses
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or certifications.
Food vendors must comply with all local health regulations.
 
7. Conduct & Community Standards
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
No illegal, counterfeit, or inappropriate items may be sold.
Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with these standards.
 
8. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Organizations are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and setup.
 
9. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions.
 
10. Cleanup
Vendors must keep their area clean throughout the event.
All trash and materials must be removed at the end of the event.
 
11. Marketing & Media
By participating, vendors agree to allow photos/videos of their booth for promotional use.
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on their own platforms.
 
12. Agreement
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
