Walkabout 55+ Expo.

This application will be used to reserve a 10x10ft area and one 8ft table at our Older Adult (55+) expo that takes place from 11am-1pm at Fargo Park's New Walkabout Event on June 3rd! 

As you plan for your booth activity, please keep the following in mind:

• The price for the booth is $30 and will include a 10x10ft space and one 8ft long table.
• We are hoping for a turnout of 200+ participants this year so plan accordingly for supplies. 
• The Expo runs from 11:00am - 1:00pm Booths must be fully set up by 10:30am and remain set up throughout the scheduled time. Vendors who takedown prior to 12:30pm may not be considered for participation in future events. 
• You are responsible to arrange for staff/volunteers to operate your booth and activity for the duration of the event. 
• The only equipment provided by the event is the table. All other equipment (including chairs, tents, trash cans) is the responsibility of the business/organization. 
• All materials, displays, and signs need to stay within your doundaries.
• NO vehicles are allowed in the park. All items must be carried in.
• Promoting your business or organization is encouraged, but selling items or accepting payments in any way is not allowed at the Walkabout. Using your booth for political gain is also not allowed. 
• As a participant, you agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Active Agers Walkabout, each and all sponsors, the Fargo Park District, and the operators of the individual activity booths, its agencies, officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims of any nature including costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees which may in any manner result from or arise out of my actions during participation in the Active Agers Walkabout.
