We are currently looking for 20 craft vendors (10x10 spaces) to be part of this special event set in the heart of beautiful Wimberley, where summer crowds, families, and tourists come out to shop, explore, and enjoy live music.

This isn’t just another market — this is a chance to be part of something meaningful.
This event is hosted by Lady Jane & Company Inc. Non-Profit, raising money to support children battling cancer and their families.

1. Event Purpose

This event is hosted by Lady Jane & Company Inc. Non-Profit to raise funds and awareness for children battling cancer. By participating, vendors agree to support and uphold the mission of this event.

2. Vendor Spaces

Spaces are 10x10 (craft vendors only) unless otherwise approved
Vendors must bring their own:
Tent (recommended for outdoor setup)
Tables & chairs
Extension cords (if needed)
Spaces are assigned by event organizers
No subleasing or sharing space without approval

3. Vendor Fee & Payment

Vendor fee (if applicable) must be paid in full to secure your spot
All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host
This is a rain or shine event

4. Setup & Breakdown

Setup Time: Begins at 9:00 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 11:45 AM
Breakdown: Begins at 6:00 PM
Early breakdown is NOT permitted unless approved

5. Products & Sales

Only approved items may be sold
Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state laws
No sale of:
Illegal items
Weapons
Offensive or inappropriate materials
Food vendors must have proper temporary food permits (if applicable)

6. Electricity & Equipment

Limited electricity may be available but not guaranteed
Vendors must bring their own cords and be prepared to operate without power

7. Conduct & Expectations

Vendors agree to:

Be respectful to guests, staff, and other vendors
Maintain a family-friendly environment
Keep their space clean and free of trash
Not use excessive noise, generators, or disruptive behavior

8. Liability & Insurance

Vendors participate at their own risk
Lady Jane & Company Inc., Willow Lake Watering Hole & Mercantile, and affiliates are not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Injuries or accidents
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance

9. Weather Policy

This is a rain or shine event
No refunds will be issued due to weather
Vendors should come prepared for outdoor conditions (wind, heat, rain)

10. Parking

Vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas
Vehicles must be moved after unloading unless otherwise directed

11. Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will be notified and may receive:
Credit toward a future event OR
Refund at organizer discretion

12. Agreement

By registering for this event, vendors acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
