About the application
**If you sell food, please do not use this application, there are different ones for each type of vendor (pre-packaged, high-risk, farmers, non-profit). If you apply to the incorrect applicaiton, you will be withdrawn and have to submit a second application.

We are accepting vendors for the Market by Moonlight that will be located in Vacaville's Historic Downtown. The event will run from 5pm-9pm on June 20th. Each booth space will be 10x10, and vendors will be required to provide a 10x10 pop-up canopy for themselves.
Please be prepared to provide the following information/documentation:
-list of wares (i.e. jewelry, pottery, crochet, paintings)
-current Vacaville Business License
-current CA Seller's Permit (if you collect sales tax)
-picture of current CA Driver's License
Application fee: $25
Artisan booth fee: $135
Artisan Member booth fee: $100
Application fees are charged upon submission, booth and membership fees are charged upon approval.
All charges are non-refundable (application, booth, membership fees)
Discover Downtown Vacaville also runs other events through the year, the other applications will become available as the events get closer. We have 4 events we are taking vendors for this year:
-Summer Market by Moonlight (June 20th)
-Downtown Shakedown Car Show (September 12th)
-Fall Market by Moonlight (October 10th)
-Holly Days Vendor Fair (November 14th)
If you plan on attending these events, we are offering a $100 2026 event membership that gives $35 off your booth fees for each event. There are no refunds for the membership fee.
You will not be able to participate in the event if we do not have all of this paperwork when the event starts.
You are welcome to application even if you don't have all of these documents, we will follow-up with you after the application is submitted.

Terms & Conditions
Setup & Breakdown
- A 20-foot clearance must be maintained at all times for emergency vehicle access.
- Early breakdown is not permitted. Violations may result in probationary status.
- If you are cooking food, required safety equipment (extinguishers, insulated extension cords) are mandatory.
Cleanliness
- You must maintain a clean booth area and dispose of trash properly. If you're providing samples, please have a trash receptacle available at your booth.
Conduct
- For the comfort and safety of all, smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during market hours.
