FOOD TRUCK VENDOR APPLICATION

Vendor may sell or promote any product, service, event, club or movement that aligns with the spirit of Florida Leather Week and Boundless Block Party. 

The producer's reserve the right to reject any appplication with or without cause. 

Food truck's must be running on their own power supply. 

Please apply with clear photos, pricing, and any setup needs. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as there are specific requirements listed along with load-in and load-out times and instructions will be provided upon acceptance;

I understand and agree to the following: THE EVENT opens to the public from 1 PM to 10 PM THE EVENT is rain or shine and there will be no refunds due to weather. No refunds will be issued for any vendor fees where the vendor has failed to provide documents as required here or has failed to comply with any licensing or permitting requirements of any local, state or federal government entity. 

Boundless Block Party Conduct and Dress Code Terms Boundless Block Party is held under a Special Event Permit issued by the City of Wilton Manors to RBK Productions (the "Organizer"). As a condition of that permit, everyone attending or working at the event must follow the rules below. By checking the box, purchasing a ticket, or entering the event, you agree to these terms.

1. Compliance with law. You will comply with City of Wilton Manors Code of Ordinances Sec. 3-14, which prohibits nudity and sexual conduct, and with Florida Statutes §800.03 (exposure of sexual organs) and §877.03 (breach of the peace and disorderly conduct), along with all other applicable laws.

2. Ensure all performers, vendors, staff, volunteers, guests, and ticket holders comply with Wilton Manors Code Section 3-14 and all applicable Florida laws concerning public nudity, exposure of sexual organs, sexual conduct, and disorderly conduct, including, but not limited to, Florida Statutes 800.03, 877.03 and 827.11.

3. No sexual conduct. Sexual activity, simulated sexual activity, and lewd or indecent conduct of any kind are prohibited.

4. Enforcement. The Organizer, its security staff, and law enforcement may deny entry to, or remove, anyone who violates these terms. Anyone removed or denied entry for a violation will not receive a refund. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement and may result in criminal penalties under the laws listed above.

5. Transfers. If you transfer a ticket to another person, that person is bound by these terms as a condition of entry.
