About the application
We are looking forward to an exciting 20th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll (KWS) on Saturday, September 12th from 7:00-10:00pm!
The KWS is a fundraising event for KBOA. Our goals are not only to raise funds for the organization but help our Kirkwood businesses to thrive. KBOA will provide a white wine and a red wine selection for each station. The amount of wine provided will depend upon total number of attendees anticipated for the event.
Please note: No food trucks/trailer are allowed per our permit with the City of Atlanta.
The $150 Food Bite Station fee is a marketing and administration fee. We encourage you to make your station your own! Decorate, do raffles or giveaways, the space is yours to make your own.
Please note: No tables, tents or chairs will be supplied by KBOA. Each station should be staffed by at least 2-3 people from your business from 6:00pm-11:00pm. You should bring a light to illuminate your booth or area when it becomes dark. Lights that work well:

Each station will receive 1 complimentary ticket to the KWS that you can use for special guests.

Marketing and community outreach to over 2000 attendees.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
NO ELECTRICITY will be provided. Please let us know if you will bring a generator.
Current and paid KBOA membership is required to be a food bite station.
KBOA does not allow candidates running for election to be at a food bite station. All candidates are welcome to volunteer for the event however, no campaigning is allowed.
