About the application
We are looking forward to an exciting 20th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll (KWS) on Saturday, September 12th from 7:00-10:00pm!
The KWS is a fundraising event for KBOA. Our goals are not only to raise funds for the organization but help our Kirkwood businesses to thrive. KBOA will provide a white wine and a red wine selection for each station. The amount of wine provided will depend upon total number of attendees anticipated for the event.
Please note: No food trucks/trailer are allowed per our permit with the City of Atlanta.
The $200 Food & Wine station fee is a marketing and administration fee. It is in no way intended to pay for the wine you serve. The wine provided to you is the property of KBOA and all unused wine will be picked up between 10:00pm-11:00 pm. Unused wine will be used throughout the year for KBOA Mixers and fun events for KBOA members.
We encourage you to make your station your own! Decorate, do raffles or giveaways, the space is yours to make your own.
Please note: No food trucks/trailer are allowed per our permit with the City of Atlanta. No tables, tents or chairs will be supplied by KBOA. Each station should be staffed by at least 2-3 people from your business from 6:00pm-11:00pm. You should bring a light to illuminate your booth or area when it becomes dark. Lights that work well:

Each station will receive 2 complimentary ticket to the KWS that you can use for special guests.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
The Kirkwood Wine Stroll reserves the right to pull your wine if you are not following the rules.
Pour between the hours of 7:00pm-10:00pm.
Make sure to ONLY pour to people who have a Wine Stroll Wrist Band.
ONLY pour 1oz pours (1oz pourers will be provided).
Be responsible for your volunteers who will pour at your booth.
NO ELECTRICITY will be provided. Please let us know if you will bring a generator.
Current and paid KBOA membership is required to be a food bite station.
KBOA does not allow candidates running for election to be at a pouring station. All candidates are welcome to volunteer for the event however, no campaigning is allowed.
