About the application

Celebration's Inaugural Health and Wellness Expo is a public event brought to you by Experience Kissimmee.  Sponsors and vendors will have the chance to display various products and services to help residents and visitors promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Display your brand to eager attendees waiting to shop new products, participate in onsite fitness demos, beauty guru's, and more!

About the event

Join us for Celebration's Inaugural Health and Wellness Expo presented by Experience Kissimmee! This is a community-focused event that promotes healthy living through interactive activities, educational workshops, free health screenings, and access to local health and wellness resources.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS

 

The Expo is designed to present an array of products and services to Celebration and local outside communities. Participation may be limited to avoid over-representation of products or industries. Participation is not confirmed until a formal acceptance email is sent from CROA. 


Participation in the Expo does not imply any evaluation, recommendation, endorsement, or approval by CROA, and the Exhibitor may not make representations to such attendees. 
All exhibit materials (furniture, tables, fixtures, products, etc. must be contained within the 10'x10' space. Power will not be provided. 


No additions or changes may be made to the display area without written permission from an Expo representative.
All items provided by CROA remain the property of CROA and must be returned in "like" condition at the end of the event. 
Exhibitors must maintain staffing in their exhibits until the expo ends. Exhibit spaces must be vacated immediately following the event. 


Exhibitors, both individuals and companies, must remain in good standing with CROA at all times. Violations of CROA's covenants may cause exhibit space to be forfeited; refunds will not be provided if exhibit space is forfeited due to the Exhibitor's actions.


Completion of this application does not guarantee admission as a vendor or sponsor. You should receive a formal notice of acceptance via email within three weeks.  


NO refunds will be made for the following: cancellation, non-appearance or inclement weather.  

 

This form must be accompanied by a signed 'hold harmless' agreement.  A blank agreement will be emailed to you at the same time as your vendor acceptance letter. For additional information, please contact Celebration Town Hall at
