Join us at The _ Tequila Fest — South Florida's premier agave spirits festival — at Mizner Park Amphitheater in Boca Raton, FL on Saturday, November 7th, 2026. This is a curated, outdoor celebration of tequila and agave culture drawing 2,000+ affluent food and beverage enthusiasts in a fun, relaxed, and refined atmosphere.
About the Festival
The _ Tequila Fest is an outdoor experiential festival built around agave spirits, art, music, and food. Our audience skews female (70%+), ages 30–55, with disposable income and genuine brand loyalty. We also intentionally invite and comp restaurateurs, bartenders, and hospitality professionals — giving your brand direct access to buyers and influencers in the same pour.
What's Included
One 10' x 10' assigned activation space
One fire-retardant tent with weights

On-site coordination and placement assignment
What You Must Bring (Everything Else)
You are responsible for all booth operations, including:
Product, sampling supplies, cups/glassware, tools, garnish, and storage
All staff
Any additional décor, signage, lighting, or bar setup
Coolers, and refrigeration
Trash handling at your booth
Any permits, licensing, or compliance required for sampling

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Event Duration Exhibitors must remain operational for the full duration of the event. The festival concludes at 10:00 PM. Early departure requires prior written approval from True Hospitality Creative management.
Booth Space Each spirit exhibitor receives one 10' x 10' activation space with a fire-retardant tent, weights, one table, and two chairs. Any additional space or upgrades must be arranged and approved in advance.
Electricity & Power Electricity is available for an additional fee of $100 and must be arranged prior to the event. Generators require prior written approval from True Hospitality Creative.
Trash & Cleanup Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their immediate area throughout and after the event. All waste — liquid and solid — must be properly disposed of. Failure to comply may result in a $250 fine, future event prohibition, or denied entry without refund or transfer.
Weather Policy & Refunds All True Hospitality Creative events are rain-or-shine. Cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credit transfers.
Insurance Exhibitors must carry general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event.
Permits & Compliance Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or approvals required for sampling or sales at the event.
Media Release By participating, you authorize True Hospitality Creative to photograph and film your booth, staff, and materials during the event. True Hospitality Creative retains the right to use this content for marketing and advertising purposes across web, print, social media, and all other channels.
Confirmation & Payment Submission of this application does not confirm your exhibitor space. Space is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Digital submission constitutes a binding agreement to all terms upon payment.
Communications By submitting this application, you consent to receiving communications from True Hospitality Creative via email and SMS.
Liability Waiver By completing this application, you, on behalf of yourself, your brand, and your staff, waive all claims or liabilities against True Hospitality Creative, affiliated venues, government agencies, sponsors, and their representatives related to event participation, including liabilities arising from negligence.
