Want your vehicle on display at Cars with a Cause Community Car Show? This is your opportunity to showcase your ride in front of a high-energy crowd of enthusiasts, families, and community supporters, all while helping us drive impact for local nonprofit partners.

This application is open to a wide range of vehicles, and we welcome submissions from all styles and backgrounds. Whether your build is polished, custom, restored, or uniquely yours, we want to see it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VEHICLE EXHIBITOR ENTRY
Cars with a Cause Community Car Show

By submitting an application for participation and/or by entering the event premises, including but not limited to parking, staging, display, or exhibition areas, the undersigned participant (“Exhibitor”) hereby acknowledges, agrees, and expressly accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Exhibitor hereby acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risk of loss, damage, theft, vandalism, fire, collision, weather-related impact, personal injury, or any other hazard of any kind whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or related to participation in the Cars with a Cause Community Car Show (“Event”), including but not limited to vehicle operation, parking, display, loading, unloading, and movement of vehicles and persons on Event premises.

2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhibitor hereby irrevocably releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Cars with a Cause, Goin’ Social Events, Sixes Church, event sponsors, vendors, affiliates, property owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

This waiver expressly includes, without limitation, claims arising from negligence, gross negligence, premises conditions, acts or omissions of third parties, or any condition of the Event site.

3. VEHICLE CONDITION & DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that all vehicles are displayed at Exhibitor’s sole risk. The Event organizers and Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, deterioration, or destruction of any vehicle, personal property, accessories, modifications, or contents thereof, regardless of cause.

Exhibitor further acknowledges that the Event is held in a paved parking lot environment, and while reasonable efforts may be made to maintain safe conditions, no guarantee is made regarding surface conditions, markings, traffic flow, or environmental factors.

4. VEHICLE PLACEMENT & OPERATION
Exhibitor agrees that all vehicle placement, staging, and movement shall be conducted in accordance with Event staff direction. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for safely operating their vehicle at all times while on Event premises and shall comply with all posted and verbal instructions. Any failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Exhibitor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims.

6. ENTRY ACCEPTANCE & REMOVAL RIGHTS
Event organizers reserve the exclusive right to accept, deny, or revoke any application or entry at their sole discretion, with or without cause, and without liability. Organizers further reserve the right to remove any vehicle, participant, or attendee deemed unsafe, disruptive, noncompliant, or otherwise inappropriate for the Event environment.

7. NO WARRANTIES
The Event and its premises are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability.

8. AGREEMENT BINDING EFFECT
By submitting an application, registering a vehicle, or entering Event premises, Exhibitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement shall be binding upon Exhibitor, their heirs, assigns, representatives, and estate.
