About the application
Join us for a day of whimsy at our annual Ren Fest! This event benefits the SeaGate Food Bank of NW Ohio, and is located in a stunning historical venue.
A portion of vendor fees is used for paid advertising of this event to generate more foot traffic.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
-Vendors are indoors in a beautiful historical location.
-We do not allow AI; everything needs to be human-made.
-Vendors are encouraged to dress for the event, and have a booth style that fits well with the vibe.
-Vendor needs to set up on time, or forfeit their booth space and booth fee.
-Free parking on location.
-Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown. Vendors need to bring their own dolly for carrying goods in and out.
-Booth may not be more than 10 ft tall.
-No bootleg, no art theft. Anything associated with IP needs to be officially licensed.
-Approved vendors agree to announce their attendance at the Ren Fest on their social media pages.
-Please do not park in handicap parking spots for unloading.
-Vendors will be charged ONLY if approved.
-Vendors may cancel and get a refund on their booth until Oct 1st, 2026. No refunds for cancellations after that date.
-Vendor agrees to hold Gathering Of Kingdoms, LTD faultless in the event of personal injury, stolen goods, and personal property damage.
