Vendor Terms, Conditions & Event Details

The City of South Fulton Juneteenth Celebration will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at Wolf Creek Amphitheater.

Event Time: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Vendor Setup Begins: 8:00 AM
Required Setup Completion: 2:00 PM
Vendors must remain for the entire duration of the event and may not break down early.
 
Application & Acceptance


Booth space is limited. Please note:

 

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
Applications will be reviewed, and notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent via email (and/or phone).
Booth payment must be paid in full upon notice of acceptance.
Payment will be refunded in full if the application is not accepted.
Booth cancellations are non-refundable.
 
Booth Requirements
All booths are outdoors and assigned based on vendor category.
All equipment must fit within the designated booth space.
Vendors must be fully self-contained.
Vendors are responsible for providing:

Tables
Chairs
Tents (no larger than 10’ x 10’)
Power sources (electricity is not provided)
 
Setup & Breakdown


Setup begins at 8:00 AM on June 14, 2026.
All booths must be fully set up by 2:00 PM.
The event opens to the public at 4:00 PM.
The event ends at 10:30 PM.
Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes and must be completed by 12:00 AM.
 
Vehicle Policy
All vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas prior to the event start.
Vehicles will not be allowed in vendor areas during event hours for any reason.
Unauthorized vehicles remaining in restricted areas are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
 
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must comply with all City of South Fulton requirements and provide all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Georgia sales tax.
All tents must be properly weighted; stakes are not permitted.
Vendors must be prepared for outdoor conditions, including wind and rain.
 
Family-Friendly Event
This is a family-friendly event. All products, displays, and vendor interactions must be appropriate for all ages. The City reserves the right to remove any inappropriate items.

 
Product Guidelines
Items sold must be from small businesses and may not be mass-produced unless approved by event organizers.

 
Liability
The City of South Fulton is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Vendor property or equipment
Injuries occurring at vendor booths
Vendors assume full responsibility for their participation and agree to hold the City of South Fulton harmless from any claims or damages.

 
 Process
Once your application is approved, an invoice link will be sent to your email.

 
Event Cancellation Policy
The event will only be canceled if the safety of vendors and attendees is at risk due to inclement weather, acts of God, or other circumstances deemed necessary by the City of South Fulton.

 

About the event

The City of South Fulton Juneteenth festival is a vibrant celebration that honors African American culture, history, and freedom. The festival will bring together people of all ages, races, and backgrounds to commemorate June 19th, 1865, the day when enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, were finally informed of their emancipation. The festival day will be filled with music, dance, food, and cultural activities.

Nonprofit Vendor Terms and Conditions

 

Nonprofit Participation Requirement


Participation under this category is limited to registered nonprofit organizations. Vendors must represent a legitimate nonprofit entity and may be required to provide proof of nonprofit status upon request.
 
Purpose & Engagement
Nonprofit vendors are encouraged to promote their mission, programs, and community services. Activities may include outreach, education, fundraising, and approved merchandise sales that support the organization.
 
Family-Friendly Standards
This is a family-friendly event. All materials, displays, messaging, and interactions must be appropriate for all ages. The City of South Fulton reserves the right to require removal of any inappropriate content.
 
Application Requirements
All nonprofit vendors must submit a complete application including:
Description of organization and mission
List of items to be distributed or sold (if applicable)
Description of planned booth activities
All submitted information must be accurate and complete.

 
Approval of Activities & Items
All items, materials, and activities must be approved prior to the event. Only approved items and activities may be conducted during the event.
 
Compliance & Monitoring
The City of South Fulton reserves the right to monitor all nonprofit booths before and during the event to ensure compliance with event guidelines.
 
Prohibited Activities
Selling or distributing unapproved items
Operating outside of assigned booth space
Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the event.

 
Booth Conduct
Nonprofit vendors must remain within their assigned booth space and may not solicit outside of that area unless otherwise approved.
 
Documentation:
All nonprofit vendors must provide:
Proof of nonprofit status (e.g., 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent)
Any required permits, if applicable
The City of South Fulton reserves the right to request additional documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.

 
Self-Contained Booth Requirement
All vendors must be fully self-contained and provide their own:
Tables
Chairs
Tents (if applicable)
Supplies and materials
Wi-Fi and electricity are not provided. Vendors must supply their own if needed.

 
Liability
The City of South Fulton is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Booth equipment or materials
Any injuries or incidents occurring at vendor booths
Nonprofit vendors assume full responsibility for their participation and agree to hold harmless the City of South Fulton from any claims or liabilities.

Submission of an application indicates acknowledgment and agreement to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
