Because of you, last year wasn’t just an event… it was an experience. The kind people talk about, bring their friends back to, and mark their calendars for. You helped create something that felt elevated, intentional, and deeply rooted in the Western lifestyle we all love.
As we step into Reno Western Wonderland, we’re building on that foundation in a big way — a larger arena, a more immersive layout, and an even stronger focus on quality, experience, and community.
This application is for those who have already been part of the magic — the ones who showed up, showed out, and helped set the standard. Returning vendors are given priority consideration as we curate a well-rounded, high-caliber show.

Vendor Application Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before submitting your application.
Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
Submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor space at Reno Western Wonderland. All applicants are subject to a review and approval process to ensure a well-curated and balanced event.
Curation & Selection Process
Reno Western Wonderland is a juried event. We intentionally select vendors based on product quality, brand alignment, category balance, and overall contribution to the experience. Returning vendors are given priority consideration, but approval is not automatic.
Booth Placement
Booth assignments, and locations are determined solely by event management. While we do our best to accommodate requests, placement is not guaranteed.
If you have a booth buddy, this must be requested with this application in the special request box!
Payment & Reservation of Space
If and when approved, we have it set that your card information will be ran IMMEDIATELY UPON APPROVAL. If something changes and you need to change your card information, or you need to cancel your application for any reason, make sure you do this BEFORE August 1st. There are NO refunds! So please be very aware of this factor as we move forward with this new system!
Product Approval
Vendors must sell products consistent with what is listed in their application. Any significant changes must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove unapproved items.
Exclusivity
We do not guarantee exclusivity within product categories. However, we do our best to limit oversaturation and maintain a diverse vendor mix.
Professionalism & Conduct
All vendors are expected to operate with professionalism, respect event guidelines, and contribute to a positive environment for both customers and fellow vendors. Failure to do so may impact future participation.
Event Compliance
Vendors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and setup/breakdown timelines provided by Reno Western Wonderland and the venue.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. This event takes significant planning and resources, and your commitment helps ensure its success.
Right to Refuse or Remove
Reno Western Wonderland reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor at any time for failure to comply with event standards, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct.
Prices
| Food Truck/ Trailer / Tent | $450.00 | Non-refundable | This is for food trucks, tents, and trailers only. Spaces will be down in the dirt in the big indoor arena. |
| Electricity REQUEST (wont be charged until later in process) | $60.00 | Non-refundable | This will be charged later in the process. Please request electricity through here if you need it - and once approved by the facility then you will be charged. If you decide you do not want it please let us know ASAP! |
| WIFI Add On REQUEST (won't be charged until later in the process) | $60.00 | Non-refundable | This add on will be charged at a later date. Requesting WIFI through this does NOT guarantee you internet. We will be in contact about this add on. |

- We are currently working with the city of Reno to get approval for food trucks for this event. By signing this I understand that food trucks may not be allowed and the event organizer will let us know ASAP.
- By signing this, I understand that in the 2025 event, there was an additional fee for food trucks that may apply this year as well, but it is unknown as of right now due to the state, not having their final answer to us yet.
