Wellness & Resource Vendor Application – 6th Annual Ride Out of the Darkness®
About the application
This application is for mental health, community resource, and wellness-based organizations who want to be part of the Wellness Row at the 6th Annual Rally & Ride Out of the Darkness®.
The Wellness Row is the heart of this event—designed to provide real support, connection, and resources to individuals, families, and veterans navigating mental health challenges.
We intentionally curate organizations that are compassionate, aligned, and equipped to serve a diverse community.
How the Process Works:
• Submit your application for review
• If approved, you will receive instructions to log back in
• You will then select your booth location within the Wellness Row from the event map
• Payment is completed after selecting your booth to secure your space
Booth spaces are first come, first served after approval.
Priority Organizations Include:
• Mental health providers and clinicians
• Veteran and first responder support
• Grief and aftercare services
• Recovery and substance support
• Youth and family support services
• Medical and community health organizations
• Housing, financial, and stability resources
• Holistic wellness and nervous system support
• Faith-based (inclusive, non-coercive)
• Disability and caregiver support
Important:
• This is an application-based approval process
• Not all applicants will be accepted
• All materials must be appropriate for a family-friendly, emotionally sensitive environment
Pricing:
Booth Fee: $25
This fee supports event operations, fundraising efforts, and community impact initiatives.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendors must comply with event guidelines set by Love Surrounds You®.
1. Application & Approval
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of event organizers to ensure alignment with the mission and environment of the event.
2. Payments
All vendor fees are non-refundable once a booth is selected and payment is completed.
3. Booth Selection & Setup
• Booth selection occurs after approval
• Approved vendors will log back in to select their space within the Wellness Row from the event map
• Booths are first come, first served after approval
• Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM at SUN ’n FUN Expo Campus (Hangar A check-in)
• All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM
• Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event
4. Equipment & Setup
• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and materials
• Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance
5. Wellness & Resource Expectations
This is a mission-driven, emotionally sensitive event.
All Wellness & Resource vendors must:
• Provide respectful, supportive, and non-triggering interactions
• Avoid aggressive outreach, solicitation, or sales-focused behavior
• Ensure all materials are appropriate for individuals navigating mental health challenges
This space is intended for connection, support, and resource sharing first.
6. General Guidelines
• Love Surrounds You® reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any vendor at any time
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and trash removal
• Vendors distributing materials must comply with all local laws and regulations
7. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. Love Surrounds You® and event partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
8. No Refunds
All vendor fees are non-refundable once approved and paid.
9. Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
