About the event

I understand that the Chamber reserves the right to cancel this registration. This is typically done if too many vendors sign up selling similar products or the product isn't a fit for this family-friendly event. I understand I must furnish my own tents, tables, chairs and weights and stay within my allotted vendor booth space. I understand that this event is rain or shine and will prepare accordingly. I understand the Burnet Chamber of Commerce staff, volunteers, directors and officers or agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or merchandise or accident/injury to me or my staff and do hold harmless any of the above individual or business for any and all liability. I further acknowledge that is the exhibitors' responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax as required by the State of Texas. I understand that if I need to cancel my vendor assignment I will need to do so before November 9, 2026. There will be no vendor refunds given after this date. I have read and understand the rules and agree to abide by the rules during my participation in Christmas on the Square. *Vendors will be notified by email (kristi@burnetchamber.org) of the committees decision on acceptance to Christmas on the Square 2026. *Vendor booth assignments and load in/out instructions will be emailed from Kristi@burnetchamber.org on November 18, 2026.

- I understand that being disrespectful to the Christmas on the Square 2026 Committee, Volunteers, Staff, Police, Fire, City Staff and/or other vendors will result in not being invited back.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to plan for wind and rain at Christmas on the Square 2026. Leaving early because of either may result in not being invited back. I understand I must properly secure my tent with weights to prevent wind damage.
- I understand that my completion of this application does not guarantee me a spot at Christmas on the Square 2026. If I am not selected by the selection committee due to space constraints or variety of goods, I understand I will be refunded my application deposit.
