Food/Beverage Vendor Registration

The Details ·       Friday, September 30 ~ 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM·       Gulf Breeze Community Center, 800 Shoreline Drive, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561·       Registration for restaurants is free since you provided free samples for all our attendees. Businesses that wish to participate can see our sponsorship page for registration options. ·       Categories:  Appetizer, Beverage, and Dessert.  You can compete in one or as many categories as you wish.What we provide:o   Restaurant vendors receive space to display and cater to guests featuring one, uncovered, 8ft table. What you need to provide to qualify as a food/beverage service vendor:o   Your organization serves food or beverages available to the general public as part of your business model. o   Bite-size portions of delectable appetizers, beverages and/or desserts for a minimum of 850 guests (we expect 1000).o   Linens and table decorations.  No linens or skirting will be provided.o   Disposables to serve your “tastes”.o   Any additional tables or supplies needed for prep. *Please discuss needs with Chamber staff due to limited space.Food trucks will receive adequate parking space for your vehicle Additional Notes ·       Golden Spatula Awards will be awarded for Best Beverage, Best Appetizer and Best Dessert in Restaurant and Specialty Divisions as well as Best of Taste. Taste of Gulf Breeze is an exciting, competitive, culinary adventure! Area restaurants and food and beverage providers will tempt you with culinary delights as you sample from vendors and food trucks throughout the night. You be the judge as you sample free appetizers, beverages and desserts and determine the winners of the Golden Spatula Awards. General admission event open from 6pm-9pm. Special early access for VIP ticket holders from 5pm-6pm.

Vendor agrees to prepare free bite-sized samples for at least 850 attendees, providing all necessary serving and paper utensils and products. Vendor is not permitted to sell products to guests as this is a tasting event. This event is 21+ only and all vendors serving alcoholic products are expected to serve at their own discretion.
