Event Partner Application

We are excited that you're interested in participating as a community event partner with Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper. The following terms and conditions outline expectations and requirements to help create a positive, family-friendly experience for all involved. Please use the form below to submit your inquiry form for the event.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation as an event partner at a Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper community event.

• ARRIVAL AND SET-UP
  Partners must arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:30 PM on the day of the event.
  All set-up must be completed and ready no later than 4:50 PM.
  Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved space and participation in the event.
• SALES AND TRANSACTIONS
  No selling, soliciting, or monetary transactions of any kind are permitted during the event.
  Partners may distribute promotional materials, giveaways, business cards, or branded merchandise free of charge only.
• BOOTH PLACEMENT
  All booth and activity locations will be assigned at the discretion of the Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper Marketing Director.
• COMMUNITY EVENT GUIDELINES
  This is a family-friendly, community-centered event. All displays, materials, and interactions must reflect a positive and respectful environment.
  Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper reserves the right to request removal of any material, display, or setup deemed inappropriate or misaligned with brand values.
• EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
  Partners are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, signage, and materials unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  Access to electricity and Wi-Fi is not guaranteed.
• WEATHER AND CANCELLATION
  Events will be held rain or shine unless otherwise communicated.
  In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
• INDEMNIFICATION
  By participating, you agree to hold harmless Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any liability, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to your participation in the event.
