Artist Application
About the application
Thank you for your interest in being a part of our Artist Alley for AnimeNJ++ 2026! We have updated some of our rules and policies, so please take the time to read them carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
AnimeNJ++ 2026 will be held November 13th-15th, 2026 at the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. We will continue to have our Artist Alley in our Exhibitors Hall, sharing the space between Artists and Vendors, similar to 2025. We have approximately 29 tables, 3 of which offer corner spaces.
All Artist Alley spaces offer 6ft tables, and you are able to use up to 0.5ft on either side of your table, and 6ft deep from the start of the table (i.e. 7ft x 6ft spot). Tables comes with one (1) badge, one (1) chair, and one (1) table. Standard tables are $350; Corner tables are $450.
As the space is subject to change, if any changes are made to the way the layout is, such as spot size or corner availablity, you will have the option of a full refund at that time. Electricity and Internet are not included.
Currently, the Exhibitors Hall hours are as follows (subject to change):
- Friday: 12pm - 7pm
- Saturday: 10am - 7pm
- Sunday: 10am - 3pm
Setup will begin on Thursday; further information will be available closer to convention.
AnimeNJ++ selects all artists via a jury process. In order to aid in this process, we ask that you include a link to online pictures of your table, catalog, or portfolio provided in the application form. We receive many more applications than we are able to accept and having samples of your space provided to us will greatly aid in our process. Having a juried Artist Alley will ensure a wide variety of artists that can bring their best quality wares to our attendees.
AnimeNJ++ reserves the right to rescind acceptance in the case of a failed payment process. Please make sure payment information is accurate at the time of submission.
