$50 - Arts & Crafts Application

This application is for a $50 single booth space (10'x10') at Seneca Falls Canal Side Social. To pay for your space, please bring a check to: 18 Chapel St, Seneca Falls, NY 13148

By submitting an application to participate as an Arts & Crafts Vendor at the Seneca Falls Canal Side Social, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application and Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. All applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers. The festival reserves the right to accept or deny any application at its sole discretion based on space limitations, product mix, event needs, and overall fit.

2. Vendor Eligibility
This application is intended for arts and crafts vendors offering handmade goods, original artwork, artisan products, or approved specialty items. Vendors must accurately represent the products they intend to sell. The festival reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item not disclosed in the original application or deemed inappropriate for the event.

3. Booth Fees and Payment
If selected, vendors will be notified of acceptance and provided with payment instructions. Booth space is not confirmed until full payment has been received. All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

4. Booth Space and Setup
Each vendor will be assigned a designated booth space by event organizers. Vendors must remain within their assigned area and may not overflow into walkways, neighboring vendor spaces, or public areas. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any other materials needed for setup unless otherwise specified.

5. Load-In and Load-Out
Vendors must adhere to all designated load-in and load-out times. Late arrivals may forfeit their space without refund. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff. Vendors are expected to remain set up and operational for the full duration of the event.

6. Weather Policy
This event is rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the organizers for safety reasons. Vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions, including securing tents and displays properly. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related concerns unless the event itself is canceled by the organizer.

7. Vendor Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and cooperative manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, harassment, or conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

8. Product Restrictions
Only approved items listed in the vendor’s application may be sold. The sale of illegal items, weapons, drug-related products, counterfeit goods, pornographic materials, or any other items deemed offensive or unsuitable for a family-friendly public event is strictly prohibited.

9. Licenses, Taxes, and Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, permits, licenses, sales tax requirements, and health or safety codes related to their business and products. Vendors must obtain any required certificates or permits prior to the event.

10. Insurance and Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Seneca Falls Canal Side Social, its organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, venue representatives, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability and property insurance.

11. Indemnification
By participating, vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seneca Falls Canal Side Social, its organizers, sponsors, partners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of the vendor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or violations of applicable laws.

12. Clean-Up and Waste
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly booth space throughout the event and for removing all trash, packaging, and materials at the conclusion of the festival. Vendors who leave behind debris or damage the site may be excluded from future events.

13. Electricity and Special Requests
Electricity, water access, and other accommodations are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the event organizers. Vendors requiring special accommodations must indicate those needs in advance and receive written approval.

14. Cancellation by Vendor
If a vendor must cancel, written notice must be provided as soon as possible. Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers. The festival reserves the right to fill canceled spaces at its discretion.

15. Event Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to event layout, booth assignments, schedule, rules, or other logistics at any time as necessary for the success, safety, or operation of the event.

16. Photography and Promotion
By participating in the event, vendors grant permission for the Seneca Falls Canal Side Social and its representatives to photograph, film, and use images of vendor booths, products, business names, and representatives for promotional, marketing, archival, and media purposes without compensation.

17. Right to Removal
The festival reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event for failure to comply with these terms and conditions, misrepresentation on the application, unsafe setup, prohibited products, or conduct deemed harmful to the event or its attendees. No refund will be issued in such cases.

18. Agreement
By submitting an application, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
