About the application
Location: Comerica Center 2601 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, TX 75034
Two Floor Levels of ART! The first 65 artists to sign up will be assigned a 10x10 (up to five 10x20 booths available for an upcharge). Booth fees are paid upon registration. Tents are not required; they are allowed but NO canopy top. Two chairs are provided, you may bring up to four 6’ tables or rent from VAGF for $25 each up to two (first come, first served). Read further regarding electricity options.
Images: Artists with Booth Reservation may choose to submit to an optional juried art gallery pop-up for cash prizes. No images are needed for Booth Reservations; however, artists who enter the art gallery pop-up must submit their artwork along with the submission fee in order to be considered.

- Electricity on floor level is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid with booth fee by selecting the appropriate add-on button along with $50 fee paid in advance.
Concourse / 2nd Level Booths (Electricity Included):
• $475 10’x10’ Booth after early bird special.
• $850 10’x20’ Booth after early bird special (5 available)
*Artists will be invoiced the difference if using a code and not a current VAGF member.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Artists, please read fully the Registration and Rules document and Booth Agreement for all details prior to signing up. Once we sell out of 65 booth spaces, we will start a waiting list and more details will come to those on that list on or before July 26, 2026. *This indoor sports arena is a hockey practice space and will be cold throughout the event. Dress accordingly and see booth set up recommendations attached
Artists are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work during Festival hours and set-up. The Comerica Center, its owners, and operators, or the VAGF will not be responsible for damage to work or set-up for any reason. All artists are encouraged to maintain insurance. Artists will sign a Release of Liability Waiver upon check-in.

| Submission Fee for Juried Art Gallery Wall | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Juried Art Gallery Wall Submission Fee: $20 Juried Art Gallery Walls for cash prizes (optional w/$1000 cash prizes) Required Images: One image jpeg or png file format Deadline to enter August 7, 2026 – Fee is nonrefundable *if you need to change the entry photo on or before the deadline and system errors, please contact finance@vagf.org • Submit one piece of artwork with title, size, medium, and value that you wish to enter into a cash prize gallery wall that will be juried in person for awards. Artists will receive an email by August 11, 2026, confirmation of artwork and label information entered by the artist. • Due to space limitations, art pieces for the juried art gallery wall cannot exceed 24 inches in width and 24 inches in height either (including the frame). • All artworks should be ready-to-hang with wire taut at the upper fourth of the frame. Saw hook hanging will not be accepted. All works on 1/2” - 1" canvases should be framed. All the works on 1 1/2" to 2” canvases need to have neatly painted edges if not framed. • VAGF will handle all sales transactions from the juried art gallery walls and retain a 20% commission on all sales from this curated exhibit. All artworks on the VAGF juried art gallery walls must be for sale at no less than $100. *Artwork should be turned into VAGF Board of Directors by 4pm Friday, August 21, 2026 to be exhibited. |
| Optional Add-on: Outlet - Electricity, Floor level | $50.00 | Non-refundable | First come, first serve. $50 First Floor only. You will be refunded this fee if all electricity spots are taken or any outlet issues. Also, you must provide your own extension cords and one power strip. |
