2026 Magical Girls Festival Vendor Application
About the application
We are offering table space for vendors at the second annual Magical Girls Festival!
The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. (Please note that the vendor floor will close at 7 PM)
If chosen, the nonrefundable vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table.
All in-person solo and shared vendors will be added to the virtual vendor marketplace

This application will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 31, 2026, and you will hear back on the status of your application by Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Travel and accommodations will not be provided.

- The vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table. If chosen, you will be charged the vendor fee on May 31, 2026. Please confirm that you will be able to pay the vendor fee on May 31, 2026.
