Join Us in Celebrating the Puerto Rican Parade 2026!

Come and join FusionFest as we celebrate and honor our Puerto Rican Community during the Annual Puerto Rican Parade. We are excited to invite volunteers to represent your culture alongside FusionFest and Orange County Government in this vibrant cultural celebration.

As part of this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to carry a flag, walk alongside community members, and proudly showcase our collective support for culture and community.

What to Wear & Bring

Wear your cultural attire or a FusionFest T-shirt

No commercial T-shirts or branded clothing, please

Bring your instruments, drums, and lots of joy.

Limited spaces available

We will provide one flag per country, available on a first come, first served basis.

Carry your flag proudly and walk alongside FusionFest community, Orange County Government and community members.

Registration deadline: April 19 at 11:00 PM If spots fill quickly, the application will close early.

To participate you must sign up through this application.

 Once you sign up for this event. We wil not be able to accept applications after the deadline. 

LIABILITY AND PHOTO RELEASE
I (or my child/ren) am voluntarily participating in the program, class, or event mentioned above. In exchange for the opportunity to participate, I willingly waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Orange County and FusionFest, Inc., as well as their officers and employees, from any liabilities, claims, damages, injuries, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, related to personal injury, death, or property damage, that may arise from or in connection with participation in this program, class, or event.

If I am registering for my minor child/ren, I consent to emergency treatment and transportation for any condition that may arise during, from, or in connection with their participation in this program, class, or event. I understand that I am responsible for the payment of all associated costs for such emergency treatment or transportation.

Additionally, I grant permission to Orange County and FusionFest, Inc. to use any photographs taken by the County or FusionFest, Inc., its officers, employees, or agents, of either myself or my child/ren during participation in this program, class, or event. I acknowledge that such photographs are the property of Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. and I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs.

I agree to comply with all County, State, and federal ordinances, rules, and regulations, and I understand that Orange County and FusionFest, Inc. reserve the right to change fees and requirements as necessary. This release remains in effect until canceled in writing.

Notice to the minor child's natural guardian: Please read this form carefully. By signing, you agree that, even though Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. will take reasonable care in providing this activity, there is a risk that your child may suffer serious injury or death due to inherent dangers in the activity that cannot be avoided or eliminated. By signing, you waive your and your child’s right to recover damages through a lawsuit against Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. for any personal injury, including death, or property damage resulting from these risks.

You have the right to refuse to sign this form. However, if you do not sign, Orange County or FusionFest, Inc. may refuse your child’s participation in the activity.

Parking Options:

Please note: There is no shuttle service between parking areas and the parade. Plan accordingly for your return.

Once we complete registration for this event  and get more information about the exact location of our unit, we will email participants.

Health & safety guidelines

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Eat a good meal before you head downtown and bring a small and easy-to-carry
snack.
• Bring a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
• Wear a combination of sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from direct sun exposure while on the parade route.
