Youth Entrepreneurs
About the application
Youth Entrepreneurs
This is for all youth (under 18) wanting an opportunity to sell handmade items they have made themselves. If you are looking to sell food you will fall under the Homemade Food Act and must have a sign saying it’s homemade food. You will need to look up regulations for selling food under the Homemade Food Act Utah HB 181. Food must be PREPACKAGED. We suggest having individually packaged samples to avoid needing a temporary food permit for sampling.
