Don't miss out on the biggest pet adoption event of the year. Petapalooza is back and better than ever! This year’s event will take place at Wheeler Historic Farm on Saturday, September 12 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This fun family and pet friendly event will feature over a dozen pet shelters and rescues from across the state of Utah and will offer adoptable dogs, cats, and  possibly other small mammals! We are looking for potential vendors to ensure a fun, productive, and memorable experience for the people and pets of the Salt Lake area.

As a vendor, this event provides you an opportunity to interact with the community and advertise the goods, products, and/or services that you provide. Space at Petapalooza is limited.  VIP's who Sponsor our Gala will be approved first.  We may give preference to vendors that have supported the SLCO Animal Services in the past or offer animal related products or services.  In addition to this, we may only be allowing a certain number of vendors from each product category. If you are interested in becoming a vendor for Petapalooza, please submit your application today. You will be notified once your application has been reviewed.

• This is an electronic agreement between you and Salt Lake County Animal Services. By submitting your application you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
• A $65 Vendor Fee is required once your application has been accepted, plus any processing fee or taxes. (Automatically charged on approval) 
• As a vendor you agree to stay from 9 AM - 4 PM on Sept 12, 2026.
• Booth spaces are 10 foot by 10 foot.
• Must supply your own power, canopy, table, and chairs if needed.
• All vendor booth spaces are located outside. 
• We will do our best to accomadate vendor placement requests.

• Event participation requirements for:

  1. All Rescues, vendors, and individuals, must be in good standing with Salt Lake County Animal Services.

     1. Those being investigated won’t be allowed to participate.

     2. Those with pending charges won’t be allowed to participate.

     3. Those with convictions won’t be allowed to participate.

  2. If your Application is approved, but your status changes and you are no longer in good standing with Salt Lake County Animal Services, you won’t be allowed to participate.  Your application status can be changed from approved to rejected at anytime.

  3. Participants agree to be inspected by Salt Lake County Animal Services at anytime and without warning.

  4. If Participant fails the inspection, they won’t be allowed to participate.

  5. Participants must also be in good standing with our event partners, to include but not limited to: the venue (Wheeler Farm), and co-hosts (Best Friends). 

  6. No refunds will be issued for any reasons for any fee’s already paid.
