CRAFT SHOW

All work must be original and handmade. Repurposed items and photography are allowed. No kits, commercial molds, or weapons are permitted.

3D PRINTING - LIMITED 1 on West and 1 on East Rensselaer 

Any food related sales need to use the Food vendor application. 

Craft media may be restricted at the discretion of Bratwurst Festival, Inc.

Vendor Application & Policy Information

Craft Vendor Locations & Fees

• Craft vendors will be permitted on both East and West Rensselaer Street.
• Booth Fees (covers all festival days)
• Standard Booth (10×10): $60
• Corner Booths (4 closest to Main Street – 10×20): $80
  
  Electric Service
• $30 for all three days
• Must be requested during registration
   
  Registration & Payment Information
• All vendors must register and pay online through Eventeny.

Payment Requirements

• Full payment is due by August 1, 2026
• Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in:
  *Loss of reserved booth space
  *Applicable late fees
  
  Accepted Payment Methods
• Online payments through Eventeny only
• Payments made after August 1 must be completed by credit card and will incur a $10 per foot late fee. 
  
  Important Deadline
• August 1, 2026:
  Deadline for full payment and all required documentation
  Reservations are non‑refundable.
  Late applications will be considered based on space availability.

 
Decisions
All decisions by the Craft Show Chair and Festival Director are final.

Exhibitor Requirements
Licensing & Insurance

• Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting Ohio Sales Tax
• Licensing: Exhibitors must have a valid Ohio vendor’s license and are responsible for collecting Ohio Sales Tax.
• $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance requiredMust list Bratwurst Festival, Inc. as the Certificate Holder

Tents & Fire Safety

• Exhibitors must provide flame‑retardant tents
• Tents must be properly weighted
• A minimum 5 lb. fire extinguisher is required and subject to inspection by the Bucyrus Fire Department
  
  Electricity Guidelines
  
• UL‑listed extension cords only
• Must plug directly into the assigned power source
• Piggybacking is not permitted
   
  Setup, Hours & Parking
  
• Setup must be completed by 10:30 AM daily
• Displays must remain intact until 9:00 PM
• No vehicles permitted in the festival area
• Setup instructions and assigned time slots will be communicated prior to the festival, based on attendance dates.

 
Booth Use & Display Standards

• Booth space is for the approved exhibitor only
• Subleasing or sharing booth space is not permitted
• Tables must be draped to the ground on all sides
• Storage and clutter must be kept under tables
• Nothing may be placed in aisles or between booths
   

 
Additional Policies

• Dress Code: Business casual required; German-style attire encouraged
• Pets: Not allowed in craft exhibitor areas
• Conduct: A family‑friendly, respectful environment is required at all times
• Security: Exhibitors are responsible for securing valuables
• Supplies: Exhibitors must provide all tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and extension cords
